Worked for his ex. She was bitter because they were together for a whole decade and it did nothing to help her flop of a singing career. She released one album in 2006. And people used to trash her. She wanted Diddy to marry her and give her kids. But he already had 5 kids (one wasn't his biologically). And he didn't want that. As soon as their relationship ended, she quickly gets pregnant and marry another guy. Then she had another child. And seemingly out of the blue after Diddy randomly had another child. Cassie waits 5 years after their relationship was over to say she was a victim of a whole bunch of BS. Now watch how she quickly tries to put out an album or a song. I believed he settled with her because he has love for her due to their past relationship. It's sometimes easier to quickly settle (guilty or not), rather than to consistently drag out a lawsuit that may take years.

While Khan has yet to sell any shares, he did go through that entire process in posting his current allotment of 234,424 shares back in September 2023 when the WWE/UFC merger happened. (McMahon did the same in posting his allotment of shares at the same time.) In another SEC filing that came out last Friday, those allotments were again the same amounts with no changes from September or in April when another filing was released. Khan, and McMahon for that case, are under no obligation to sell all or any of their listed shares. It's seen as making the process easier in case there are those interested in them.
