@@tinotcg5815 Thank you Augustine (Really cool name BTW). It's definitely a great time if you already have stock, which I do to some degree. Acquiring more without cutting into profit is going to be hard now in 2021.

The Turtles in Time cart is authentic. For the Super Nintendo, many games had 2 sources for production. Japan and Mexico. The Japanese manufactured carts are usually the "first" print and have a more glossy finished label. The Mexico manufactured carts are usually revisions of the game or later manufactured prints and have a matte finish. With the Mexico manufactured carts, the matte finish makes the label art look a bit hazy or fuzzy. They are 100% authentic. When I purchased my copy of Turtles in Time, I bought the Mexico variant unknowingly and thought the same thing. A little investigating assured me that it was authentic.

It warms my heart a little how almost every Pokemon item "is for the collection". That would be me too lol

It's crazy that a sealed 90s Pokedex is going for $250. So tempting to off load my sealed one but hard to part ways with something so nostalgic! Love the vids man, keep up the great work🤙🏻

I’ve always loved how reselling and stock management works. When you don’t have much stock people tend to maximise their profits by selling online but large stocks sell better at lower average prices for others to maximise theirs on. It always works out for both parties

This was definitely an excellent episode n just seeing the deals being made gives me the urge to hunt more. Even though I keep stacking up games n really need to learn the selling side of this hobby to see the profits instead of just collecting

@@dmytropoliakov3505 there's zero problem with people selling games. In fact I would agree it's nitpicking that someone is selling games with little knowledge of games. But to ME, I do find it weird. I usually prefer people with experience in the field of what they are selling. The more experience and passion for it is a lot nicer.

I helped my friend set up at some conventions. Some of the stuff he did in his set up, I would put into my set up when I sold at our local flea market. And yes...I always loved to look at the stuff before anyone could!!!

I have been having a blast doing this business for 2 months now. Got some isane deals and sales, i just can't believe this is even possible! Problem is, i bought some really cheap and cool handheld systems (psp, psvitta, n3ds, gb color) and i just fell in love with them, just costs me to sell them hehe. Ty for the motivation!

It was nice that Spider-Man also visited shopping booth :-) Thanks for sharing Expo moments!

I have three large boxes full of ps3, 360, and wii games. I got into collecting rare and valuable games (ncaa football 14 for example) at various GameStops back in 2019. i knew this stuff would go up in value but watching this is getting me excited to go see what they are worth now. great video nice work

That's how you do it. Purchase sealed games...I've always purchase more than one popular franchise title at launch sometimes I would purchase 5 of the same title game at launch I've been doing this since 1985 NES days and till today.

@@VintageCoolRetroVCR exactly...something that could have been avoided by not putting the sticker on. Surprises me someone would have sealed high dollar games and handle them so much and put stickers on them. I would put them in protectors to not risk having the shrink wrap torn

So I love these small expos and stuff but have no idea how you guys always find out when some are happening and where. Any tips for finding out when these kinds of things go on?

Ha! I had spotted the Tenchu. That Pokemon Stadium is super sweet. My Son and I had a tremendous time playing that and Colosseum.

Buy the screwdriver set for carts.It takes the stress off knowing if they are real or not.

I have a coworker who is into RPGs and he has everything back to gamecube and never sells/sold any of his games. I know he has the fire emblem and put off buying wii for a while so he has the Zelda Twilight princess, also all the rare DS and 3ds games. I can only imagine what his collection is worth

Saw Chex Quest on one of the tables and had a major flash back.

Paused on every "and this" right at the beginning. I grew up mainly with GAMEBOY, END OF PS1 TO PS2 AND XBOX/ FIRST ONLINE EXPERIENCE WITH THE 360. So many classics. Im Glad my Dad also had a taste of the older gen so I enjoyed some Dreamcast and Nintendo 64 with cousins.

pro tip: when buying gamecube games , especially expensive ones . make sure they play . what i mean by that is a game cube game can be resurfaced , but because they way there made with small form factor. repair machines sometimes resurface them incorrectly. inspect the disc carefully.
