nope thats Döner Kebap like istanbull style with tanduri lavas. arabic shawarma meat is more dark bread little bit diferent
happy to dont have that work or coming from that part.
traditional kebap is horizontal from Erzurum and called cag kebap, the modern Döner Kebap is from Berlin but the meat from both seasoned and real döner kebap is always round zylindric for consistent grilling and never square(thats only istanbul unknown bull shit). arabic version called shawarma liitle bit different and greece giros same but made of pork meat. capitols of Döner Kebap first Erzurum and secoundary Berlin, in both city is it to must try food.
