I think it’s takes 10 to 13 hours to cook slowly,

In the seventies our neighbor use to cook same dish in Lahore most famous street and I can't tell u how disgusting the cooking was. Now the situation is thousand times worse.

Add more water to the soup so to dilute and sell more.. But his seving sizes are much bigger than the cometition. BTW, how much is a single serving without any meat, just broth and chicpras? then how much is it for a serving with a small size meat? And lastly, how much is a large serving with a full paya?

You try to say this food is unhygienic. This is not correct. Many people come and eat this dish daily. If they find the food is unhygienic, customers will not spare the seller. Are they are blinds / fools ?
