That's because you get what you pay for. If you pay PKR 50 you get half a bowl. Pay INR 100 you get full bowl. By the way INR 50 and 100 is equivalent to USD $0.18 cents and $0.36 cents respectively. What can one expect at such low price. But it benefits the poorer sections of the society.
