But IF he's found guilty, he will immediately be taken down, pending sentence and then he will inevitably get a custodial sentence, so any appeal will need to be FROM PRISON. Cohen served 3 years for a lesser offence, so the Judge can't really hand down just a fine, as Trump was the instigator.

He walked away because he's a coward & a liar.

I love that Mr. Weissmann is a legal nerd for those of us who aren't lawyers.

I have no idea where the legal basis is that different jurors can agree that different crimes were committed but not be unanimous on a single crime. That sounds very unconstitutional!

Everyone knew that the cowardly Corporal Bones Spurs was not going to testify.

Trump wimped out when his father cooked up those phony bone spurs scam with a paid for doctor, so Trump could hide from doing his duty.
