Update , i just installed mine and it is amazing and feels almost as real as an actual shifter. Has great grip and catches the gears nicely . I even removed my upgraded h pattern 3d upgrade as its not even needed. This plastic piece is great. Thanks!

Hi from new Zealand I've Had The custom sim shop sequential and handbrake shifter upgrade for 2 years now 10 out of 10 is full immersive on dirt rally VR on psvr i got all Logitech upgrades they also do thrustmaster upgrades as well definitely recommend

8 months later, still a highly recommended upgrade. I will be honest, I think I hadn't paid much attention when I reacted to your comment, I've only now realised who it's from lol. Anyway, great simple product and priced sensibly, cheers!

I purchased this mod. In all fairness it does make a big difference to the shifter, but it is not a painless experience. The "spring" was too long and made the ball-bearing pop out on every change. I had to incrementally take length off from the bottom end of the spring (the top has an indent for the ball-bearing). It took a reduction of 1.1mm, but it has been in use for a month and had quite a bit of use so all's well that ends well I suppose.

Ah maybe a bit of bad luck, I had no issues at all like that.

Im gonna get this spring mod as well for sure. super cheap and I have read nothing but great things about it. but i also plan on getting the sequential shifter mod aswell somewhere down the line - you mention it at 5:44. anyone have any idea if these 2 mods work well together? or is it 1 or the other?

I can't see how they would work together really, I suppose it's possible if the sq mod provides a decent amount of force back to centre. Best bet is to contact them directly and ask really.

I HATE the logitech, did the sequential upgrade thing and after about 40 hours of game play, it started to miss and skip gears and so switched back to the H pattern. The H pattern is just too close for accurate shifting...period for it to work half way decent! Ordered a sequential generic (CHINA) off of ebay, hoping it's good, be here in about a month...

does this deliver to the U.S please tell me i dont want to buy it and not be able to receive this. i loved your review, i cant wait to get one!

I assume so, they delivered to me in the UK and their website says "We offer international shipping to most locations around the world." I'm sure you will find out when entering your shipping info at checkout.

Use the spring and add a spacer for preload on the spring, problem better solution.

I actually did that after too, fitted an aluminium ball knob, highly recommended.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BUYING: Do it! It's absolutely amazing, and feels so much better and more realistic. COST: The actual part was $10, and shipping was $7 so $17. Good investment. DELIVERY: Shipping took 20 days to the US, very slow, however it's worth it! INSTALIATION: The installation was very easy. about 20 mins. The video in the description is super easy to follow so no problem here. The only thing is, you might need the screw drivers to take apart the shifter. SHOULD YOU BUY? Yes you should! Take it from me, it's a very nice improvement. Hope this helped anyone looking to buy this. I know I wanted this comment before I bought it. 🔥🔥🫡
