Check that moon watch again. It may be an actual moon phase where it tracks the phase of the moon instead of day and night. They are more desirable than the day and night. If it is the moon will move just a little at the end of the day.

the good thing about the bulk boxes you can find one or more watch that could be worth the whole box and the spears you get are very good because buying just one component can be very pricey to

That watch you said looked like a knockoff Swatch might be a Keith Haring watch or inspired watch. Look him up his art goes for thousands.

Worthless ... absolutely worthless. No way you are going to make money considering the time and effort you will need to clean and polish the watches that still work (if they're still working, and there is not that many). Bottom line, you lost money.
