Just spent 2 days changing vgt to a vgt 67/67 and it was exhausting, I can’t imagine doing this constantly on your level. Well done, keep up the hustle.

Nice work brotha, when making a down pipe or manifold I try to avoid adding a small pipe pcs it helps avoid cracking from less welds🤙🏽

josh, good tip on bolting the flange to whatever your welding it to to mitigate warpage, also welding in short spurts and allowing the piece to cool in between spurts helps and if you can utilize aluminum for chilling blocks as best you can, it sucks the heat outta steel

Fuel only guess is gonna be 1556. Thanks for sharing the process of going about it. The waste gate dumping into the hot pipe is a slick idea to save another pipe coming out the hood or fenderwell. That turbo collection is awesome! Really like the paint booth too.

Hitting all the points, without any of the bs that most others include.. a lot of the other diesel channels should take notes! Appreciate the content, man. Keep up the good work. 3000hp daily, here we come! 🤘🏼

What size pipe would you recommend to build a hot pipe for a 475 over a he341 or a 475 over a 64/68/14 s300 for a early 04 common rail?

  • @jaythacker5160

I'd say 1500 bud, I'm optimistic, with bigger sticks thats enough air for 1800. That's block cracking territory though. That setup would be dick nastee on the 05 though.
