Yes! A tip I have is if you’re not sure if you want to keep something or not, force yourself to wear it for a whole day and if you vibe then keep it! If not then now you know you’ll never reach for it again 😂

THANK YOU for posting the REAL before pic. I watch sooooo many declutter videos and these people are out here posting four sweaters on the floor and talking about how messy it is and it makes me feel like total crap about myself. My house is a disaster right now because depression is actually real and this makes me feel like I can actually do it. I can actually get in there and make it look nice again. Love your channel!

I am doing a big update on the bedroom in the next few months . I decided after that I will have a big yard sale . Update the new spooky stuff , remove the old spooky stuff that not my taste anymore .

I definitely was like this in my younger days…Now that I’m in my 50’s I can actually say that I have trained myself to keep my wardrobe limited to about a dozen T-shirts/ short sleeve shirts, 6-8 long sleeve shirts, 6 dress pants with blouses, and 8 pairs of shoes in my closet. Also I have wall hangers for my 10-12 purses on the other side of my closet. Lastly, I keep my 3 pairs of Jeans and 4 leggings in a drawer, 4 lounge sets, about a dozen pairs of underwear and 20 pairs of socks . It honestly is easier to pick out my clothes everyday…especially since 90% is black 😂😂 My husband has triple what I have 😮

The issue of the problem returning is that you simply have too much. The less you own the less of a chore it is to put things back

Agreed. While I enjoyed this video and in the end it looked much more neat, you're correct: She honestly simply has too much clothing. For example I'm like her and think that black work boots & black hiking books rock. However, I simply have five pairs of them. Maybe it is a female thing and alas, I'm a dude but I would never want more then a few pairs of boots. I simply don't see the point but to each their own. Once cleaned up her closet looked a lot better. 🦇

Hey Ghoul, hey! That was a TASK! Awesome job. I cleaned out my closet (and dressers) in 2021 and that was a moment when I was ready to rid of a lot (not all) of my concert tees. They're like babies to me, ya know? Beyond that I recently cleaned out my bookcase. It was overdue. I de-cluttered 50 books! It made the room feel so much lighter (and organized). It's truly cathartic doing things like this. Love ya! 🖤🖤🖤

Yessss ever since the new year started ive been slowly tackling all the areas cause its too much to do in one go 😂 and i have been rewatching all your old cleaning videos! They help keep me motivated, feels like im hanging out with a ghoulfriend, and gives me lots of ideas for how to organize and make decisions(im like you and have 100 diff goth and dark personalities and each one needs thier own wardrobe!!😂😂) thank you!! OMG girl, we are two libra twins. My closet looks exactly the same-black, stuffed, cluttered and messy. I too psych myself up to accomplishing tasks by creating little rewards. Conquer it girl. Yes!!!! I needed this inspo so much!! I have to do a total closet clean out too!! It’s so bad I just ordered a top that I literally have a new exact one already hanging in my closet with the tags on 😭I have to be brutal this year too! I’m ditching pretty much all colors that aren’t me I’m an earth ghoul so I like all dark colors olive green burgundy navy blue but the majority is black so yup donating anything outside of my favorite colors! Your closet looks amazing! Congratulations those 30 hours were worth it😂I know it takes forever to clean out but feels so good once it’s finished!
