It can be a real challenge to get this much equipment functionally into this size of space. What was your favorite piece that Eric has?

I love the bars and plates for the kids. Great to get them involved and exposed to exercise!

Their children were well involved and fun to watch as they showed off their conventional and Jefferson Deadlift capabilities.

Not sure a lot of homes have basements where Eric lives but given the right home, a basement gym can be pretty amazing
