The Realm of the Elderlings series (yes, 16 books is daunting) by Robin Hobb is the most nuanced, richly described, heart wrenching, breath taking, sweet, devastating, perfect fantasy series I have ever read. The characters became my friends and I think about them often. Every plotline is brought together into perfection for the best payoff ever. You will laugh, weep, dream and become consumed in the best possible way.

i'm hoping i can some day slowly pick my way through robin hobb!

I’ve been really into my kindle and kindle unlimited. I recently read When the Moon hatched on KU and it was really good. My two most recent five stars however are Priory of the Orange Tree and Horse. POOT was amazing. Horse doesn’t seem to be “popular” in the book social media world but want to give it a shout out because omg it’s incredible. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I finished it in under 24 hours. Poignant and beautifully written.

kindle unlimited is something i think i eventually want to try out for ebooks, i've just been sticking with libby myself

I've never read a book by Abby Jimenez, but I feel like hearing you talk about one of her books might finally convince me to read her books. 🤣 I plan on reading Dungeons and Drama in June as it will FINALLY be Ren Faire season in CO! 🧚🧝‍♀🐉🏰

I love buying books but I don't have that much money so I really try to limit which books I buy and I try to read books from the library or e-books before I buy physical copies, but I'm about to start finals week so maybe I'll treat myself to some books once it's over. Currently reading the Skyward series by Brandon Sanderson and I'm obsessed tbh

I just finished this phenomenal new book of fairy tales entitled Sillies, Fancies, and Trifles - it was phenomenal and I think you'd love it. It would go with the lovely recommendations here. Keep up the beautiful videos :)

Also dying to read the Faithful and the Fallen but I don’t own at the moment so I have to wait a bit! I’m on a book buying ban! Kinda tho as I just found 6 books at a thrift store for $3! 🤯
