Awesome tutorial. Clear and concise, easy to follow. When you get responses from an email campaign, like replying to your email or wanting a consultation, does this show up in HubSpot? Or does this go to the email provider only? If it does come through to Hubspot, can it then be added to the CRM portion for sales tracking/project management? TIA :) Can you add the links to the scheduling tool into the email campaign?

Glad it was helpful! Your emails will be sent to your connect email with gmail. However, you can see your contact record log. Yes you can then track this through deals. Yes you can copy the link to the HubSpot meeting scheduling landing page. I hope this helps!

Hey Mary, All you need to do is drag the block elements from the right hand side into your email template. Find the text block and simply drag and drop.

Hey mate, You can add different lists that you want to target. So you could create a list for one contact. Otherwise you just send a normal email from inside HubSpot (not an email campaign).

Great tutorial. Do you have any videos on automation of follow-up? Let's say one recipient has opened the email but has not clicked on the button to visit your website. Can you set ensure that hubspot will do a second follow-up automatically after a defined period?

Steve, Great couple of videos shows there is more to Hubspot ' Freetools ' than I first thought - However , how do you get Hubspot to personalise the mail merge to each contact by name in the body of the msg ? Hi mate, this means sometimes your emails will be blocked by email filters and your email will arrive in spam sometimes. The paid version allows you to verify.

Yes, exactly you've pretty much got it! automation can be a designed email sequences or flows that send emails automatically based on specific triggers. Email marketing is the given name for all email marketing related activities. Email campaigns are one off email launches.

Hey mate, You can create a landing page or form to collect emails. You can do this through HubSpots's free plan. Or you can manually upload contact one by one or in bulk.

I have a custom email, I tried using it for email marketing but it will only take our gmail.
