It took me nearly three hours to actually do what I planned to do because unfortunately the chain came off the ratchet and a gear in front of the ratchet was blocking the chain from even being able to get onto the ratchet. After I fixed the gong the cuckoo seemed to be clogging up. And that was the moment when the chain came off.
