The gun is lethal from the start and with those hornets, that's extremely lethal. I'm sure the GK is pushing them out at 90+ joules. You've got some serious weapons my guy and I can guarantee you can match the elite with no problem 💯🔥💥

If my vigilante can penetrate tin cans is it good enough for self defence? Like it penetrated but no exit.

@@Mash3OH3 depends on the ammo and how much CO2 is in the tank. If you're going to use the Vigilante for self defense I would recommend 4 different type of pellets... The H&N hornets,, The fast flight,, the H&N rabbit Magnum's,, and The Skenco blue arrows...The magnums give that heavy hitter,, the other 3 are great penetration..

@montizzlefoshizzle7131 I was using the standard crosman pointed pellets and it penetrated the tin can. It didn't go through both sides thougg just the front. So if a standard crosman pellet can do that. Then the hornets can definilty be worth using for self defence maybe?

@montizzlefoshizzle7131 Yeah but I'm asking if the Crosman Vigilante viable for self defence with these pellets when it penetrated with standard crosman pellets. Of course your gun is the best and most powerful by far but... the vigilante is no slouch. So I figured I'd ask you if you're willing to buy a vigilante and test it out with the hornet pellets ?

That is one awesome gun nice shooting good test might have to get one of those😊

I have a ball barren I press the hornets and h@n crow mags on. And just use whatever to protect my thump with the hornets. It works pretty good to keep them from sliding in the magazine 👌

For .30 cal I have the leshy edgun not sure if those would work . I always use jsbs anyways that .25 huben looks.so cool.do you like that gun ? I love. My leshy but that huben seems to perform flawlessly and using iron sights without a scope is a bonus unlike the leshy

@@Justin-General I didn't buy it for self-defense purposes, and hunting is largely illegal where I live. So I couldn't say how effective it would be at stopping an intruder in their tracks. I'm just pointing out that it is absolutely lethal to humans. On full power the GK1 Is apparantly more powerful than 25 ACP

Well works MOST of the time,, but now and then the tips go out to much and cause the mag to jam up,,, Clear rotations yes,, Let it sit for a time,, try rotate again, they will shift down,,Would not use for self defense, one jam and you are screwed,, Heard they may them for magazines, maybe not as long?

Fir me, so far, so good. I had that happen with some lighter grain slugs. I gave the mag a tap and it loosenrd up. You definitely don't want that happening in a bad situation 💥💥💥

Damm those pellets are not cheap like the same price as jsb .30 cal.. 150 count . I should try these on my .22 cal umerex origin. From my research they only go.up to .25 cal . Damm

I believe it is not safe to shoot powerful airgun on backyard. I also doubt it is legal (in russia it is illegal if you don't have a specific construction to catch bullets)
