Well Coros, Suuntos and Garmin are the ones prioritize battery. But they are sportswatch first and smart watch second.

I'm a high school teacher and coach and this would be perfect for when I'm in the classroom and in season and forget to charge my watch. 14 days holding a charge is crazy!

This is probably the best smart watch I’ve seen! The batter life is amazing and would help track my sleep for sure

I just got mine and it is very useful. Went to hongkong almost 2 weeks ago and still has almost 20% battery left. Useful for cycling too, you can upload routes, and it has maps.

Absolutely love Huawei Watches. I've had two so far; the GT and the GT2. I still use the GT2 since 2019. I use it for biking, gym / strength workout, sleep (sleep tracking is mind blowing). The battery life is amazing, it is the only watch offering this kind of quality with 2 weeks of battery life. If I would get a GT4, I would definitely continue to use it to monitor my workouts and exercise in general, sleep... Really is too bad Huawei has been demonized in the West because they had some of the best phones too. Nice review.

I’m jumping to galaxy S24U in January when it comes out because as a long time Apple consumer I feel I don’t get much for my money. I have been scared of the upcoming transition but seen my twin brother using his galaxy S23U, I feel embarrassed to pull out my iPhone 14 Pro Max 😂 blessings Karl.

I had the Gt 2 that lasted 4 years but broke and then I bought a Garmin that's 4x the price and didn't even last a month and was so luggy. I've now ordered the GT4 and I am super excited

I've had the original Huawei watch for 4 years now but sadly the screen has broken. I've been a huge Huawei fan and still use my P40 Pro to this day despite not having GMS. It would sync so well with the Huawei watch. I like that it can track calories. Since I had an injury last year, I've been trying to track my calories to lose some weight I picked up. This watch would be great for that since I used to put my old watch on "other" workout just to track my calories while doing daily activities so that I could know how hard to push in the gym and what to eat.

Using this while diving underwater is a really good idea ❤

The battery life is really amazing. I the moment I have a Fossil Hybrid watch which also has about 2 Weeks of Battery life but it has a E-Ink display and that is slow and not so nice to look at. I would use the Huawei Watch for sport but because it looks so good I would love to wear it when I go out.

Same here, I actually love the GT2 so much I bought another after my other GT2 broke. Now I'm thinking of skipping the GT3 and going straight for the GT4

I’m a big fan of hiding technology - I want the benefits but without seeing it. Used to have a Withings which was fantastic but not very practical for running as the screen was too small. This looks like a strong option for a watch that looks analogue but is also practical for running. Question: does the route mapping work with iPhone? Thanks for a great review.

Yes, I'd like to know if maps running on Android work. Do maps run on the phone like Garmin smart watches or is it just direction arrows linking to Google maps on your phone?

Battery makes the best deal for me, now Galaxy + Huawei werables is the best combo for me.

The Green version is clearly the best out of the bunch. I would use it for workouts mainly and casual night outs with the boys. Also the heart rate tracker would be a nice to have on a daily.

Is there a way to have a voice command while connecting to android phones?

Love my Huawei gt2. Planning to upgrade to the gt4. I usebmine for the sleep app and my daily hikes

I had the first gen of the Huawei smartwatch but the pins on the charger has scratched the connector on the back of the watch over time and its hard to get the watch to charge and i enjoyed the watch a lot and if i do get selected for the giveaway watch ill continue using the watch daily as i have been doing with the first gen. I was using the watch for work to keep track of the time since I'm a mailman and also keep track of my steps and calories.

how far does the bluetooth go before disconnect from your phone?

I would use this to track my heart rate at work. I'm an Amazon delivery driver so I do a lot of walking, running, and lifting.

Been having to keep a close eye on my heart rate lately, the most awkward thing is i have to use a blood pressure cuff to do so. I had looked into some smart devices, but the expense is a bit much at current. I want something i know will be accurate

I had the GT2 pro with so many free watch faces but i recently got the GT4 watch and now this option is gone, when i go to the app on my phone and check the watch faces nothing comes up, I can only see the paid faces and there isnt an option for free, why is this? how can it be fixed?

I would use it to finish losing the last 53lbs I need to lose to reach my goal weight. I've been using the Pixel Watch 2 and it's ok for the most part. Battery life is abysmal and it's a little sluggish when it comes to tracking my workouts. I didn't even know Huawei made smart watches. It looks very high end.
