I just got mine yesterday! Thanks to your comprehensive review, I got the courage to actually get one. I picked the Moon White 'cuz I'm not really a fan of the Nylon Strap and I don't care for the NFC as I already have it on my phone. For the Pros, I love the battery life, inclusions on the workout modes, overall build and design, smoothness and brightness, and the fact that it has gps, speaker, microphone, etc. It's just so comfortable to wear and I actually slept good the whole night while wearing it. I'm just saddened that it doesn't have ECG and remote shutter (need to download the app for that). So far, I'm loving it but I will come back for more updates.

Hi, I have a question. Is it possible to customize notifications? Like, difrent vibrations for difrent apps?

Just got mine today in black. (It will get dirty. Any other colour looks awful after a while) Worth noting that the crown haptic is turned off by default. Coming from a GT2, which has given me solid service for 4 years. Blown away by the improvements over that time. But my favourite feature is the smooth pebble like shape, which slips back under the elasticated cuff of my jacket as if it wasn’t there. No more having to faff around tucking the watch back up my sleeve every time I check my watch, or reach for anything…Hadn’t realised how irritating it was until I didn’t have to do it any more…

It's true. Results are the same as garmin edge 530 ;) Battery lasts for 8 days so it's great ;)

What type of phone did u paired it to? Iphone or android?

Got mine in black 3 weeks ago and it’s fantastic watch! Very light, build quality is supreme and battery is insane! Lasts me about a week with everything turned on except AOD. Also, I run 3 to 4 times a week for about 1hr with GPS. Only downside is that it doesn’t have altimeter and hiking sport profile. Also, music transfer from phone to watch is PAINFULLY slow.

Lol the review is very poor, first off NFC is only available mainland China and ALL fit 3 have NFC but is hidden by the firmware update. US Huawei is banned EU/UK Banks do not support Huawei.

I just got my Green colored Huawei Watch Fit 3. And there's actually NFC shown by the "More Connection" option. It also brought me to Huawei Wallet like what you shown. Not sure whether is it just a menu or there actually is NFC in this green colored.

Can you test the indoor walk? I find it very inaccurate. When the treadmill says 1km, the watch is reading 0.78km. It's way off. And gets worse as you do more kms. It's so irritating. Are all watches so bad at indoor walks on a treadmill? My original Huawei watch GT was the same.

Hi! Linitations on iphone: 1. You can’t transfer music from iphone to watch 2. You can’t quick reply to messages 3. You can’t download aditional apps from store (there are only few apps anyway) Everything else works.

I believe this problem is caused by the 'stride length'. The watch MEASURES the number of steps, and from that it CALCULATES the distance using the 'stride length'. For the 'stride length' the watch uses a default value (which depends on e.g. body heigth). For some people (like myself) the default value for 'stide length' is way off: for me, the watch uses 'stride length' 73cm, while my actual 'stride length' 85cm. Some watches (like Garmin) have an option to manually set or calibrate 'stride length'. @TechMagnet: does the Huawei Watch Fit 3 have an option to manually adjust (or calibrate) 'stride length'? I just bought a Watch Fit 3, so now I can answer my own question 🙂: NO, the Huawei Watch Fit 3 does not have an option to manually adjust (or calibrate) the 'stride length'. (However, training 'indoor walking' does offer, after each workout, to manually correct the distance. Cumbersome and not SMART. Meanwhile I've submitted an improvement suggestion to Huawei for this.)

The black one got NFC as well

Huawei battery life and heart rate sensor is absolutely good but their sleep detector still lag behind Apple Watch sadly. I think the reason why it has good battery life is because it's using the Openharmony version with LiteOS kernel which is kind of very lightweight kernel compared to the Android Linux in Android Wearable OS, it's a cutdown version of phone's HarmonyOS. Openharmony doesn't run Android app system anyway, it's Huawei's own app system that they've made for very low power devices like for IoT and embedded devices. Openharmony is also the backbone of HarmonyOS Next that will departed from Android app system legacy. Kind of sad to see Huawei devices in the future will throw away Android compatibility app support but with that they can achieve very low power usage OS.

iphone users or apple watch experience is much better than these semi-finished products!

Are you using an Apple phone? The App Gallery for adding apps to Huawei watches via the phone app is only on Android devices. Same with quick replies…been like that since GT2
