I think my P9 is bent, i layed my phone flat on a table and i started to poke the corners of my phone out of boredom and I noticed when I poke the top left and bottom right corners of it, I could see and feel the phone wobble. I don't know if my phone is Bent or not but i just can't get my OCD to calm the fuck down! I think the culprit was my aunt, I put my phone on the sofa one day and went to sleep. one hour later when I woke up from my nap I saw my fat ass aunt casually sitting on the spot in which I have put my phone on, I'm guessing that she sat there for an hour while watching TV. You when my aunt sits, it's like her butt cheeks become paralyzed or something, last time she sat on a broken bench with nails poking out of the wood and she didn't notice a thing untily uncle pointed to her that her skirt was covered with blood!! Fucking hell she literally got nails shoved up her ass cheeks and she didn't feel anything!!!

A friend of mine had a P8 Lite once and totally wrecked it. It was heavily bend (more than the P9 in this video) and the screen (or at least the glass) was totally broken, yet amazingly the phone still worked just fine...

I've owned a P9 for 2 years, it's never cracked or dented. The worst thing that has happened was when I piut it into my pocket with a few coins and the very top of the screen got very lightly scratched.

same tho, the only thing that happened to mine is that there is like 1 little, deeper scratch in the display, because i dropped it onto a sharp stone lmao. and also like little, barely visible scratches because i dont use a screen protecter.

superiorlion015​ Even though it is one of the first Huawei phone that doesn't skimp on the durability. Honestly they should've known that they need to make it durable and as good device. So why bother of getting a smartphone if it can crumble like a cookie?

I've still been wondering about the durability of the HTC 10 fingerprint scanner that was missed. 😕

I live for the day when either one will happen: - Jerry puts so much pressure that the phone snaps in 2 halves and both fly all over the place. He runs around the house all day trying to find the halves, but they flew out the window. (This might screw the power of physics up) - Jerry snaps in half to bend a phone. (When phones get unbendable) - No scratches on anything (a fully-diamond phone)

THIS is how a review should be done, take it and talk about it's composure, materials, glass, etc because anyone can lookup the hardware on gsmarena. Everyone just take a device put it in their hands and talk for 30 minutes showing nothing.

Actually, my dad's p9 got ran over by a car 2 times, and it survived. Of course the screen was cracked and the phone bend a bit. But after repair it was almost like new. Definitely recommend it.

I think you should also test if the digitizer still works after the screen has been cracked because this is a big issue on some smartphones

I've still got this phone and I dropped it face first and didn't get any scratches. When I dropped it the second time (by accident) it hit the floor by the charging port... Now there's a dent on the charging port and on the back by the fingerprint reader. It's a bit annoying to get the charger in now but :/
