Some other companies had it in the past so there might be some pictures. Like many many years ago JVC (or was it Casio?) had a similar design in compact cameras and during the last few years i'm pretty sure that ASUS used it in one of there SmartPhones too. I think recently there was also a news about Oppo doing the same. So the general idea is pretty old, it's just not used by many companies yet..

The zoom camera is dope. That and the ultra wide lens is pretty much the only smartphone tech that has excited me in years. I often take photos of animals when I'm out hiking and being able to zoom closer to them would be pretty sweet.

@Cyberdemon Mike True, of course. But thing is, I think (at least for some products) this will actually have a better conversion rate. I would consider taking a look at, or even buying a product much more like this, then when I'm super annoyed by the 5 minutes someone screamed it in my face repeatedly... But maybe that's just me. What I can say undisputedly though is: That this videos have such a unreal level of quality with so much work going into it, and extras like robot arm shots and colourised super detailed arranged thumbnails and so on, that I think it is super fair, for him to have it sponsored and that the way he did the sponsoring message was neatly integrated in the video blending in with the rest and leaving the choice whether you'd want to check it out to the viewer. Soo overall: Just liked it and thought it was well deserved.

@swansonberger China does for the fact that most factories in China are providing for the world. Huawei on the other hand is a different story. Honestly Huawei did not get this big by entering into any markets outside of China. Just check out their regional sales. Is Huawei shady? Who knows. That is like asking a regular citizen if they know some of China's military assets in detail, it is just way beyond daily consumers' knowledge base. There is always the possibility, just like with almost every tech giants out there.

Its not mirror in telephoto lens, its prism which does the total internal reflection of 90° without absorbing any light particle.... It deviates 100% light rays at different angles...

OMG . This wide mode is awesome.. it distorts to make me actually look thinner . Usually wide angle distorts wider. ;)
