I have been using Huawei from P30 Pro which is an amazing phone. Still working perfectly now. Performance never slower like Samsung or Iphone. Then get my Huawei P50 Pro and now time to support P60 Mate hahaha their photography setup is the best...

Also China's Beidou system. China was trying so hard to join EU's Galileo system and contributed US$200 million. When EU put so many restrictions, China decided to make its own system. Beidou became such a big success and was finished way before Galileo. Another example was AWACS. US blocked the deal right before Israel was about to deliver the planes. China decided to make China's own system and ended with big success. Israel sold the planes to India and India still cannot make one and has to buy from others.

Huawei was able to sell in other countries before, but received three rounds of corrections from the United States. It is really ironic that Huawei is not allowed to use high-end chips, including Huawei, which has the most 5G patents, but cannot use 5G. Even Huawei is not allowed to use chips produced by TSMC. Therefore, Huawei has continued to make breakthroughs in the past few years, developing its own mobile phone operating system, developing its own 5G chips and producing chips in China to avoid US sanctions. i think Harmony os is avalable in asia specially in SEA country in phone, wearables and tablets but only the 4G version of snapdragon available..

The highest DL/UL speed I saw from various videos is 1400+ mbps/300+ mbps. According to Geekerwan's testing, Kirin 9000s is the *first mobile CPU which supports hyperthreading, 8 cores (1+3+4) 12 threads, not 16 thread,* yes the similar technology on the desktop CPU. This means the current benchmarks on the market regarding 9000s is not accurate. By the way, according to other testing of 9000s' baseband, it supports not long normal 5G, but also 5G+, which explains why we can see 1400+mbps download in some videos.

I was really wondering why Huawei didn't bring its Kirin Chips back , but now I know, thanks for the review , Hope Huawei breaks through all its challenges and dominates the market once more .

Actually it's extremely difficult bringing Kirin chips back. Huawei has to overcome mountains of chip patents blockages, build up a massively long list of its own supply chain and 7nm grade equipments, create its own 7nm design and manufacturing software EDA,...etc. All of these have taken world top-grade tech research institutions and universities decades of hard work to achieve. Just can't believe how Huawei made it in such a short time frame. Shocking and unbelievable.

Don't bother. The tech is years old chips from Taiwan.

That 2 tone design is stunning!!!! And the slightly curved but flat design is so much better than the curved one. I'm still using my mate 20 until this day and still can keep up with other phones.

Impressive work on the domestically produced chipset in China. Wishing you continued success and all the best moving forward!

The more the USA suppresses Huawei, the more reason I got to support to support Huawei. I will buy its phone. Stand together and resist hypocrisy and tyranny.

they are not able to use google service, but the p50 pro, mate 50 pro and p60 pro were all released in the UK a long with the mate 40 pro and p40 pro so all those were released after the US sanctions so i see no reason why they wouldn't release the mate 60 pro in the UK@@cuifrank5905

Have had a Huawei phone since 2019 (p40 pro and now mate 50pro). I have access to every app including banking apps. But bizarrely only Greggs is beyond this damn phone. Greggs is a takeaway pie shop in the UK. There is no way I can get this particular app working on my phone.

I am still using my Huawei Mate 20X as a second phone. It’s battery can only be charged to 80%, there are some in removable marks on the screen but it’s a great phone. The 7.2” screen, stereo speakers, can use SD cards and it’s headphone port can play 32 Bit/384 kHz music means it has a DAC inside it makes it way beyond what the current latest phone can do. I wish they kept the DAC capabilities with a 3.5mm port so I can use it as a DAP as well.

Competition is always good to avoid consumers pushed to the corners and opted for overpriced piece of common tech. From consumers standpoint, I am excited to see how Huawei progress in coming years.

as an American, I hate Apple smartphones and I wish China would ban iPhones from Chinese citizens and support their locally-made smartphones. I hate smartphones in general but I do like Competition and hate some American companies like Apple which is why I want other countries to ban Apple products in china and Russia.
