You are all on point. This is not only a common song, this is pure art. He is the best story teller to draw you in. You can't resist being towed with his emotional ups and downs. It's so nice to listen to your reactions to Hua Chenu! He is such a rare treasure! I have tried to introduce some people to him and much to my disappointment they just didn't get it! From the first song I listened to I was amazed I listened to every video and every reaction I could find, I spent days just immersing myself in his story and his music. I don't understand why some people can't see past his weirdness, that's a part of his beauty, his uniqueness.

This is my favorite reaction of yours of Hua's performances. OMGosh!!! You watched this without the English subtitles and was able to get the gist of it. (Ahem, not everyone is musically intuitive.) I've learned a lot from watching reactions and other people's comments. Like how Hua dressed for the role of the monk by wearing a robe and going barefoot. It was several viewings later before I read someone's comment that he ended this song by singing the beginning song - like he was in an endless cycle. I learned that this is 'art' compared to other music. Wow! And so I watch your reactions and I truly do learn to appreciate Hua's subtleties and genius talent. Thank you so much. P.S. my condolences on your relative. I'm glad that you're okay from your accident and almost back to norm.

This performance is the one make me a martian.. I cried without realizing it the first time I watched this.. and then after dumbstruck for some times I repeated the video. The first two months, such a greedy person I am, I watched this everyday, I feel like being recovered everytime but at the same time yet not recovered, this performance is my drug, my medicine. I saw someone commented at the other place that the audience didn't recovered as well until Tengri's performance. The funny thing is that Tengri sang a song from the same original singer with "Fake Monk" called "Start Again" and won the first place beating Hua who came the second place, a great coincident. I feel more peaceful inside me now, nowadays I still keep crying watching this not because of my own scar but more because I remember how painful he had suffered just to perform this song. He really has a big heart. And his attitude toward music make me respect him more.

@@JKReactions you really can see him. He is very sensitive since his childhood which lead to his anxiety and shut himself toward the world. But luckily when he was teenager he realized he was in the wrong path. And try to fight his way back on track, this performance is using that feeling, his last fight against the darkness and struggle to get out from loneliness.

Sorry for the rough time you’ve had recently. Hua Chenyu is a true artist- thanks for your reaction! I encourage you to watch ‘Mountain and sea’ and ‘child’ from him too! There is so much great stuff you can find from him!
