黄瓜炒鸡蛋做法:
食材:
黄瓜:1个
鸡蛋:4个
盐: ½ 茶匙
五香粉: ½ 茶匙
油: ½ 汤匙
做法:
1. 一根黄瓜,削皮,洗净以后把两段切掉。先纵向把黄瓜对半切开,然后再去一中的一半对半切开。切成3毫米宽的黄瓜片。
2. 一个碗中打4个鸡蛋。然后加入盐 ½ 茶匙,五香粉 ½ 茶匙。搅拌成均匀的鸡蛋液。然后把切好的黄瓜片倒入鸡蛋液里边。搅拌均匀。
3. 平底锅中倒入 ½ 汤匙的油,开中火。当油冒泡时,加入鸡蛋和黄瓜。把黄瓜片均匀的平铺在锅里。当底面开始凝固时,就开始搅拌,让所有食材都均匀受热炒熟。
4. 然后关火、装盘即可食用。

Ingredients:
Cucumber:1, peeled and cut into thin slices in quarters
Eggs:4
Salt: ½ Tsp
Five Spices: ½ Tsp
Oil: ½ Tbsp
Instruction:
1. Mix eggs, salt, and five spices, whisk evenly. Add cucumber pieces and combine together.
2. Add oil in pan over medium heat. Add eggs and cucumber once the oil is bubbling. Start stirring when the bottom is becoming solid. Make sure all the ingredients are evenly cooked. Ready to serve.
