腳趾腫痛,其實好可能同足底筋膜,或者走路有關

感谢你的用心拍片,講解清楚。 本人膝蓋外側韌帶外翻時受伤, 經物理治療後好轉。 但仍有後遺症,每天 下午過後,韌帶便會腫痛, 做什麽運動可以舒緩 外側韌帶痛? 期望你的回覆 ,謝謝你的幫忙!

腳指公痛可以做一些伸展拉筋,或者浸腳,或者做一些輕微的拉扯到大拇指。
