The HU has changed my life completely. I realize it requires discipline, every night before I go to bed I sing HUuuuuuu for about 30 mins after a few weeks in, my dreams became clearer and Less scattered. One day I had a dream of my mom on a plane, she was taking off so she came to hug me and tell me she loved me. She was very happy and looked young in her 20’s, I woke up worried, I didn’t tell my mom, my mom was still alive. I knew it meant she will be dying anytime soon. I spent more time with her after 3 months she passed. I was grateful for the time we shared together and I felt at peace with her death because my dream made me stronger and to trust in that divine power that is always with us

Thank you for sharing the beautiful story about your mom. I’m so glad the dream prepared you for her passing. That’s awesome you do the HU every night. I had many waking dreams,preparing me before my son’s sudden death, or translation in 2011. Earlier my dad “crossed over” in 2005. The HU has enabled me to see both in heaven , & with my son it’s been a couple times a year. Sometimes he’s young, sometimes older. He did the HU w/ me when he was little & he had great experiences, & was shown other lifetimes by the Eck Masters. My dad didn’t know about Eckankar but he and the Mahanta , or Wah Z), & I met in the dream state not long ago, & he went with Wah Z into a ship in the Ocean of Love & Mercy. It was nice to see how we continue growing spiritually, even after leaving this world. I hope you’re doing well. Thats beautiful to hear that it soothes your anxiety. I also used to suffer from anx (and other conditions), but over time, from regular daily singing of this, my anx has dissolved, and my other conditions have lessened, and have become somewhat insignificant. You dont need to be Eckists to use this, nor agree with some things. This HU is an unconditional gift of Love💙. Use it with love, in whatever way works for you.

I was at a meeting last night and we all did the HU , about 50 people, the energy it created was so amazing, so nice to do it with others. My whole body felt like I was flying, could hear this amazing humming sound when in silent contemplation after it. It filled me with so much joy and lightness…HU opens you to the love of God no matter what you believe, or what religion you follow. It’s great to do right before sleep also, it helps me go to sleep much faster and I often dream really insightful dreams. I personally love the teachings of Eckankar, but remember, anyone can benefit from doing the HU❤

I saw the suggestion to look up the sacred word “hu” in YT comments, it stood out as a very important message to me. Looked at the clock and bam, it was 11:11. I knew it was inspired.

I have just finished listening to this wonderful sound of HU and I was touched by what it raised in me. Yes a greater love for my self and towards the Almighty.

This is powerful. I played it when I was camping in the woods and a frog was drawn to the sound and hopped right up to me

Bliss, eternal bliss, is for every Soul. I consistently experience heavenly bliss by singing this love song to God, HU. it is the source of eternal happiness. HU is the common prefix we all have because we are HUman. If the whole HUMANITY learns to, and can sing this love song, you will be looking at heaven on earth.

HU came across my path just a week ago and I feel the power of love within me and my body energizes while chanting it loud. Makes me soooo happy!

HU is a gift beyond measure. This presentation, with the quotations from Sri Harold, is likewise a gift. Singing along, and opening my eyes from time to time to imbibe the love and wisdom from one of the quotations, was a lovely way to experience anew the power of HU.

OMG!!! I'm surrounded by angels!!!!! This is beyond my comprehension!!!!! I love it .

Oh my god I have heard something like this before. When I was a child, I had to go to bed at a set time and I would listen to music in my head, i used to think it was angels singing. When I got older I thought it was just my imagination. Has anyone else heard it?

yes - It reminded me of an airplane when I was younger, and sometimes of a bee - I remember as a little girl, waking up to this sound as the sun shown in the window and I could 'hear' this and just thought it was in my head - years ago when I went to Hawaii, I was reminded of this all over again, as I kept hearing tones on the plane, at the ocean, and even in my car after my return - I just thought it was jet lag, but it affected me so much I researched it and learned of the music of the spheres - this is fascinating - thank you for posting your comment, as I never felt comfortable sharing with too many

When i was at Uluru, i stayed a week at Yalara, visiting both Uluru and Kata Tjuta as much as possible, and spending time HUing there and really connecting, both with Spirit and the land. Bus loads of tourists walked past me and took photos, but i just stayed within as they passed like clouds ....💙HUuuuuuuu

The blue light is the presence of the Mahanta, the Inner Eck Master. You are protected and loved by the master. You can sing hu every day if you wish, for twenty minutes. If you need help ask the master inwardly, and the blue light gives confirmation of the masters guidance. Eckankar teaches about all this, but you don't have to be a member of Eckankar to benefit from this, but would recommend as will teach you more which will benefit you spiritually. The fact that you saw the blue light means you can work with these Spiritual masters further.

@@aramisra4750both are okay, although singing aloud (as people are doing in the video) probably makes for a stronger experience for most people. Singing inwardly is good to do when going about one's day.

It's amazing what HU can do in one's life. You can use it to create a life filled with joy and love.

And yet the paradox is is that we don't sing the HU to change anything in our enviroment but sing it with the attitude of Thy will be done. Then we can sit back and watch whatever miracles, subtle and otherwise, manifest like the magic you mentioned.

By singing HU and letting the love that is in our hearts flow freely around the globe and into the universe, we become the magnet for love, balance, compassion and kindness. HU purifies; therefore HU is love.
