I'm glad it went to fast shipping after the "packaging." I think they are having some issues with shipping, or the logistics of it.

Wow those autoshipments from the Gemini II are still going, I had no idea. It's a pretty set. Especially the edge dies. I haven't bought CC in years but I did buy the "molds" (embossing folders) that make the deeply embossed poinsettias and foliage & the pinecones. Since there's free shipping today, I'm thinking about getting the other set too. Sara really didn't go into it, but it looks like we just run the folder with 1 cutting plate. Interesting 🤔

I was really tempted by those...but it seems a bit of work because you have to run the dies through several times and then put those die cuts in their spot...pray they don't move...run them through. I hope that makes sense. I would have loved to see a die for each size design that cut as many as the folder could hold at once. That would cut down on. a lot of time. Let me know what you think of them!!

I also received 2 of the numbers layout & yes, packing slip was on outside. The packing slip for autoship celebrate the day was also on outside of box. Love your videos. You give me courage to try things. Thank you.

It was crazy, the UK sold out yesterday when it was supposed to launch worldwide. Tonic had some issues in the US site, so I held my video until everyone could get it (which finally was this morning)...in that time...the UK supply blew out!

I received a few items today that I ordered before craft day. The few things I ordered on craft day are still in packing. It’s 115 degrees here in Phoenix, so hot! Thanks for sharing! ❤

I hope you're stating cool! Finally, a few things say "shipped." Anything CC is still on extended delivery.

I can't remember exactly what was posted on FB by CC. It was something along the lines of a screw up with shipping duplicates because of a new computer system and warehouse. They requested you request a return shipping label from HSN to send the duplicate back. They are saying they will then fulfill the AS for people who didn't get theirs yet.

Thanks so much! I think they still have their wires crossed bc when I did online chat, HSN said to just keep it. It only occurred to me that the fulfillment may have been from CC themselves, like from their warehouse. I know Cricut and Ecstasy Crafts does that. I guess they had a bad day! /:

My celebrate the day had the packing slip on it also. I scanned the qr code and this box isn't there yet. I love the collection. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

Yes I experienced the same thing and received two number layout kits #2 with the label on the outside with all my information on it, I contacted HSN and they said that it didn’t show that I was sent out two kits because I was only charged for one, however they are sending me a label to send it back

Apparently this was a big issue, and I can see why! I hope CC gets it straightened out. TYSM!

I was really looking forward to receiving the CC Auto ship number layouts and I got the email that it shipped in June but was never picked up. When I called customer service they said it was coming directly from the vendor and is on back order. My guess is since they sent 2 sets to a lot of people there was not enough to go around. The worst part is that I got dis-enrolled from the Auto ship program which I did NOT request. To make things worse, they canceled the number layout order because they were out of stock and can't fulfill my order. So disappointing.

I am so sorry to hear that, it seemed a huge mess. They should not have cancelled your AS, though. I know if you return one of the AS, they used to cancel the whole thing but you didn't ask for a return. That makes me pretty upset, too. CC must have had some computer issues bc the items I ordered the last month or so are only now shipping. I think they held orders back to make sure the labels were back to correct...I assume. On this particular AS, when some people called about it HSN said to just keep the duplicate, others were told to send it back with a label they would email bc they needed the stock back. Ugh.

I'm in a CC group on Facebook and a lot of people are saying they received two and others didn't get anything at all. I hope they get it straightened out for everyone.

Wow! That is crazy. Especially because they always are out of the auto ships, so this is really problematic.

Weird, my Gemini 2 Celebrate the Day AS also came with invoice/receipt on the outside of the box. Yes, it was late as I think it was supposed to ship in May? I believe this is the last one in the AS. Glad you are cooling off there, but still hot here at 110 right now.

I was just looking at my orders, and the last one I got was from February...then this one...and the next one is already processing (as far as the layout ones)! They are way off. It is the last Gemini AS. TYSM & stay cool!!

My Layout Collection came the same way. This number set was (per the original show) supposed to ship in April. I wonder if the manufacturers they deal with aren't hitting dates or maybe it was on that cargo ship that hit the bridge

I have not received my layout numbers ugh and I cannot I sure track because it says they made a label but waiting to be picked up since last month. I did receive my Celebrate kit with the invoice on the outside. I sure hope I get my package with everyone getting 2. What should we do. I guess I could start by calling HSN

You know, it just occurred to me...do you think CC fulfilled the orders themselves? My packages were both CC items, and I have never seen HSN pack them this way. I wonder if they had some kind of flub at their own warehouse? Sounds like it is a big issue.

I also got 2 of the same..I called to get a return label..and they told me just to keep it..

They have lost my layout auto also, called them and they supposedly are resending it, but has not passed packaging for last 5 days….. not sure what is going on????

It seems like they went to some kind of new system of sending things out, and it’s been messy. I hope your package is straightened out.

Oh wow…I would be so annoyed having all that info outside the package. I didn’t order that auto ship, I’ve been staying away from CC lately.

HSN & QVC shipping is horrible…I received a package opened it up the plastic bag had been open something else was put in it and the original item was taken out. Of course Customer Service was helpful about solving the problem. But this is happening more and more. I needed the top for something special I was going to attend. It’s to late now……😱😡

I feel HSN shipping has been very messy they lost my auto shipment for layout dies. So now my collection is missing the number dies. Very upset waited all this time for nothing, thinking of canceling the rest of the auto shipment.

@moni6442…I would try contacting Crafter’s Companion Customer Service and explain to them what has happened. Maybe they will back up their Autoship products and send you the missing numbers. It’s worth a try.

I had auto ship cc corner is arrive with order on outside and package and not in good condition. Something is going on. Don’t like our personal info for everyone to see 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I want to talk about crafters companions Paper when they first came out with this new look of the mixed media layered style. I really liked it because it was different. Now other paper looks the same only different color values and I wish they wouldn’t do them all in the same style. It’s getting boring.

@@VianneyCreates I mean it’s fine if they wanna do it on some of them, but they do the same type of printing and look on all of them. Throw in Something different once in a while. I know they’ve been supposedly having economic problems so I don’t know what they’re doing over there anymore
