Damn, i always thought these tail lights were ugly, but man, they really grew on me. These are FIRE and i hope to get a pair soon.

Where the wire and rubber loom comes out from the hatch liner, wouldn't water get into the hatch liner when raining and you open the boot?

When putting back the last hatch panel should we have the rubber loom wedged between the panel and frame? Or let it stop at the edge of the panel?

How do you make the animation turn on when just unlocking the car

Could you please do a video about how to activate the animation sequence lights on? I follow the online instructions to activate or turn on the sequence lights animation and it's not working.

Set your headlights to auto and then try. It will not work in the daytime. It will work only in the evenings.

Hey, after my install I noticed that my reverse lights didn't work.. I took the light off and disconnected/reconnected everything and fiddled with the wires made sure nothing was caught and it had a little slack but still don't work. Any ideas as to what the issue could be?

Please check out our troubleshooting video for the V1 Hatchback Tail Lights. Possibility is that the plug is loose. Troubleshoot your lights to make sure.

Are yours made in China? Cause my jdm mugen tail lights kits is made in China which I bought from eBay. The wires harness setup is a little different from what everyone is getting the jdm mugen tail lights installed on. Or is it just that the automatic Honda Civic Hatchback EX lights wires harness are so different from the manual Honda Civic Hatchback EX or Civic Type R? Are there any difference between The both of them in plug and play wires setup from the assembly line at Honda manufacturer company?

I just went outside to turn on the unlock button and it didn't lights up just yours. Dam maybe someone setup the wires harness wrong or incorrectly? I have to turn on the lights all the way to on in order to see the three red lights turn on. That's sucks.

sir does this fit on sport touring hatchback 2017+? Please respond thank you

the FK7 is the hatchback, so yeah it'll fit!

The start up is fine but when I switch my blinkers they don’t work Any recommendations?

1. Check your wiring. 2. Flip the turn signal plug 180° and re-insert. 3. Troubleshoot to make sure it's not defective. If your purchased it from us then we are certain that's it's not defective as we test all the lights before shipping.

@@HiRevSports none of those worked! I plugged in the smaller light on the right side directly into the bigger light on the left side and it worked! So the problem is in the bigger back right light, what would that be?

I bought new mugen tail lights from Amazon and looks like these. Have the correct colors like that on the website. But I couldn't get the sequence animation to turn on. I even tried the instructions on the website at the bottom of the mugen tail lights product page to activate or turn on or off the sequence animation but nothing seems to work. Anyone who willing to share their thoughts on how to troubleshoot this problem?

@Yellow Shinobi I reorder from another brand of seller. Their installation wire harness setup were better. But still couldn't get the start up welcome sequence lights to display when you unlock the doors. It only displays it when you turn on the ignition. I found out that the real Mugen tail lights assembly have a Mugen Logo on the the side of the tail lights. While the look a like just didn't have it or it would be copyrighted infringement.

The lights has nothing to do with the dash. Whoever installed it might have messed something up. This is the first time we are hearing about it. Check you fuses.

They should technically work since the tail lights are identical but we cannot say for sure since we have not tested them on the car yet.

What size is the wire loom?
