This is very helpful. Thank you! I would like to know more about the month column.. In the Data file it has only Mar-2023, whereas in the Pivot table it shows Mar to Nov..

I tried to learn and make the same dashboard but stuck in creation the measure "YTD Attrition". This measure is not creating and showing error. why is it in the month column all are dated in March1?

Don't know why but I always get a 403 FORBIDDEN when I try to download your files.

It also seem that Month headcount is Wrong formula (As we can see the headcount fluctuates monthly. The headcount on January 1st, 2022, was 190 and headcount on Jan 1st, 2023, was 180. The average headcount during 2022 is (190+180)/2 = 185.) You have just divided it by 2 which totaly wrong please correct & Share again & also thank you for the effort.

I don't get why you put 3.31 in the measure and not the end of the year wich will be 12.31. What it has with 3.31 why you set the measurea only if >=3

It is according to Indian financial year April to March. If you want to use Year as Jan to Dec then you don't need to put anything. I will pick up automatically.
