The black community actually had an issue with Whitney for not being black enough? All she did was give back to the black youth and youth in general. 5 years into her career, she achieved record breaking success. I'm sorry but, Mariah Carey's first 5 years wasn't as explosive as Whitney Houston's first 5 years of superstardom. Compare, not. Lol

I hate how her story ended.. ... At this point she knew that she could sing.. And knew her vocals where her job...Mariah Carey knew she had to take care of vocals because she know that was her life.. As it is something that makes you happy and something you love doing..... I think Whitney got so consumed in the thought of being in love and trying to make that work..and that was a mess..that she forgot about what made her happy.. Drugs took over to give a tempory happiness but at the end she still ended not happy... RIP. WHITHEY.. Check me this out hopefully this can make you tap your feet... kzread.info/dash/bejne/rGapltWOhLrFl7w.html
