Dr. Dre struck gold x10 when he discovered Eminem. He had left deathrow & Suge asked him what you gonna call your "BS" record company?....Dre said "aftermath". Not only was Eminem a talented rapper, but a talented, producer, writer, engineer, & musician. He could have gotten Nate Dogg to sing the hook on this track, but Em said I'll do it myself! A brilliant track! I also liked cleaning out my closet, which could have been his biggest hit, except for the vitriol & contempt he showed for his mom. It still was a dope track.

Yes You can hear it. if you convert a shitty audio quality into flac it's still a shitty audio quality. E.g: You pour a small glass of water into a big glass, do you have more water?

FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec, an audio format similar to MP3, but lossless, meaning that audio is compressed in FLAC without any loss in quality. This is similar to how Zip works, except with FLAC you will get much better compression because it is designed specifically for audio. This is the source file. When you upload it to youtube, it will be compressed and lose some quality, meaning it not "full FLAC", but since the source itself is FLAC, you will hear a better quality then other audio that is not FLAC.
