The Ranger PX 3.2L Stage 2 starts with our trained technician fitting a TorqMax Turbocharger as the power and torque of the 3.2L engine really starts to fall over after 2900rpm, this is due to the odd sizing of the standard turbocharger. We have addressed this with an upgraded factory turbocharger modified for increased air flow and additional reliability over the standard turbocharger.
As it’s an upgraded factory turbo (GT22), it’s a direct fit and requires no other modifications to install. The fitment and tune of the Stage-2 turbocharger vastly broadens the power and torque of the 3.2L engine aligning it with most modern 3L V6 turbo diesels, taking the power to around 215kw / 690nm - around 45% more power & torque at 3500rpm!
We complete the package by custom tuning your vehicles ECU on the dyno in real time utilizing the latest ECU tuning software to maximize power, torque and fuel efficiency and testing your vehicle on the road to make final adjustments, optimizing your vehicles performance and driveability. At the end of this upgrade we will provide you with a dyno graph comparing the before and after power & torque increase the upgrade has made to your vehicle.

    I'm looking to upgrade a 3.2 Everest in Thailand. Remapping is no issue, there is a guy in ChiangMia doing great work with plenty of different cars. Could you deliver a stage 2 as a package for an Everest? I suppose that a bigger IC is needed and different pipework as well...

    Thanks for sharing your excellent job. I'm trying to tune my own Ford ranger 3.2. after tuned I got P061B error. Can you please give me some guidance of what possiblity I did wrong, and how do I make it right I'm just do it for myself, and I'm from Vietnam so I don't think we're competitors.     Awesome work guys , just a quick question and not sure if you would know the answer. Im from South africa, i have a px2 3.2 auto and i have done all the mods, stage 3 turbo, intercooler upgrades and everything to support the setup. Im very happy with my dyno results, im running 33" tyres, my current dyno run sits at 200kw and 799nm at the fly. My question is: how much torque can the torque converter and gearbox handle, i understand im pushing limits, but i cant get answers to, i know its the same gearbox as the mustang, but i need to know what the torque converter is capaboe of. I would greatly appreciate some insight. Thanks in advance

    I've heard that the torque converter is the weak link in the driveline. I know there's a billet torque converter that replaces the factory one. Apparently it's much stronger and reduces the stall speed. If I do any mods to mine that will be the first thing I replace personally.

    From watching the previous video, the kw went up from 97.6kW to 126.8 kW, does the cost really justify the extra approx seven grand what the turbo will add onto.I am referring to the Autotech video where they just installed a 3inch exhaust and fit a larger intercooler.? I would really like your comment on this subject please

    Take your car to Nizpro get a exhaust and tune and you'll get 135rwkw.

    Forget the dyno numbers Every dyno will read abit differently. Power/torque is improved everywhere, the engine runs cooler & it’s just better all around.

    Sean T if it's the auto 6 speed it's the same transmission in the new mustang 5.0 .... it can take 1000hp for a drag racing season.... some on 700hp with no problems.... first thing to change is the transmission cooler and torque converter... besides that there good to go for a thrashing .....tuff box I also downloaded a pdf from ford and these same transmission are in other f100s and f150s they put out 600hp and 800nm of torque

    @Honda 250 I got a new Ranger at start of December 2019 model, 3.2L 6 Speed. The new 2.0L Bi-Turbo comes with the 10 speed.

    I can sort this for you Bro. Mike... its a very good Turbo, currently running this unit with an exhaust intercooler hard pipe kit n super8 catch can with Air Filter upgrades, returning more than they claim so all very good.... Mike

    dyno Kw are at the wheel which is 135.7. 215kw section clearly states at the flywheel

    Not sure in who's world a 39.3 KW increase over the stock 147 KW = 215 KW. Talk about inflated claims.

    Because dyno tunes generally speak in RWKW whereas manufacturer specs are at the flywheel.

    No, Ian's right, you're not accounting for drivetrain loss... that's 39KW bump TO THE WHEEL, and the dyno is showing a 44% drivetrain loss (see graph @ 3:09). That still leaves it like 9KW short 0f 215, but you get the idea.

    No - they're just inflating the number. A drop from 147 FWKW to 97 RWKW is a 50KW drop, so means a 34% drivetrain loss or a 51% flywheel gain. Take the 135 RWKW tuned, and with the 51% gain it's only 203KW. 203 is not 215.
