Instructional on loading the HP Tuner's RTD Flasher software, and saving your stock file with the RTD Interface for Oz Tuning tunes.

* Download and install the HP Tuners RTD Flasher Software.
* Connect the RTD Interface to your laptop.
* Open up the RTD Flasher software to Sync the device by going to “Help” in the top menu and selecting “Resync Interface”. This will apply the Credits if you purchased them with the device. (Requires internet connection)
*Save your stock file.
* Connect the RTD Interface to your OBDII port and to your laptop.
* Open up the RTD Flasher software. Key on the vehicle but do not start it. Under “Flash” in the menu select “Read Vehicle”. (This might take some time and requires an internet connection). *If you get an option to Select Hardware, choose option TC-298 with your vehicle's corresponding year.
* Save the stock file and email it to us with your order number to tuning@tuningbyoz.com
*Fill out the online Tune Form.
NOTE: If you have a connection issue with your device, you will need to download and install drivers from HP Tuners.

Hey what hardware will i use for a 2021 mustang gt
If I return my tune to stock and bring it to the dealership for warranty work will they be able to tell it was tuned before the stock tune was loaded back onto it?
Do you need to buy a specific RTD device? Friend of mine has HP tuners and we use it on Chevy trucks, can that same one be used on the Ford F-150? 2013.
I never used a tune or saved stock. I already installed a roush cold air and a magna exhaust. What do I do now?????

RTD flasher only saves the stock file as .rtd and my tuner wants a .stk or .hpt file. VCM editor doesn't work with the RTD+, so I guess I'm screwed.

You tuner needs special permissions from HP Tuners to open an RTD file in VCM Editor and to export them for RTD Flasher.
Will it always download "Boot loader" with any vehicle, Ford or not?

Not all vehicles will go through the boot loader process.
i’m trying the step to read vehicle and it says interface not found
