You can go for a ink tank printer so that you can save on ink. This printer can be costly as ink is expensive

How do u get it to print the alignment page in the first place? Ink cartridges go in, door shut, and it doesn't print the alignment page.

@@joannm.1756 lol I know I figured it out, but I don't remember. I also returned it. Printers nowadays are awful. If there's an app and account attached to it, I don't buy it. Enough with the data and app bs.

If you use wiFi then you need your wifi password. for wifi direct setup you need password of tgis printer.

Do not buy this printer. If you have Verizon Fios as your internet provider, it will not connect properly as it incompatible. I spent hours on the phone with an HP tech who told me Fios internet is too high speed for HP Printers and I would have to call Fios to have them”split my 2.4 frequency” in order for the printer to connect to my wifi. That’s ridiculous, don’t waste your money
