I love this interviewer, he's well informed, great vibes, made Hozier open up and was general chill but upbeat. Asked the most important questions but also the silliest most fun ones.
I have seen a few interviews with him and it's so good to see how organic your guys' conversation was! I feel like a lot of interviewers ask the same questions, but this provided some insight both on his views and on your ability to be able to strike up questions that others haven't. I enjoy the perspective he provides and it's nice to know there are interviewers that are genuinely interested in a person rather than just using them as a marketing outlet. Very well done!

Also, I'm highkey interested in what his neighbor's joke was since he brought it up 😂 I totally get not being able to air it though.
I feel like I am loving this man more every day! He is so adorable!!!
Jon Comouche you knocked it out of the park with your super endearing questions and comments. He really enjoyed your presence and chat; that was obvious! Thanks also for giving the man time to respond and not interrupting his thoughts (as so many do). It's a gorgeous chat you created with this lovely fellow, and full of delight. You're a superb interviewer (if you were wondering!). I'd definitely be asking for a raise. Haha. Super cool that your sister teaches on philosophy and music and how delighted would Andrew have been to hear his songs were being studied in University!
I feel like it’s the best interview with Hozier i’ve ever seen xx
I loved this interview so much. Loved the Dynamics between you both. He seemed much more relaxed than he usually does with other interviewers and more trusting. Which is just as well 'cause you seemed genuinely interested and a real fan. Thanks also for not going on and on about TMTC. Good job.
the interviewer is amazing and the vibe of the interview is so wholesome 😍
Ohhhh... Never, ever lose the hair... it is gorgeous!
🤣 he was really going to say put manure on it before he stopped to think and said fertilizer instead

@@weirdpigeonperson 😭even more of America’s agricultural. Parts of the midwest is endless farmland tho I dunno if that’s really his demographic in the US. Most vocal of his fans lean towards the cottagecore aesthetic more pastoral, pretty farm without the toil, slaughter & manure 😅
I love this giant gorgeous man so much, great interview ❤
I feel him on the not feeling optimistic about this world & complaining about it. It's b/c he cares & he's passionate about certain issues. However, he's not just griping; he does what he can, within his sphere of influence, which is more than most. I think we'd have a lovely chat over a tasty microbrew. Cheers! 🍻
Holy crap, Portuguese folk music!!! 🤯 Andrew, I'm right here, I'll take you to a casa de fados 🎶🎵
Great interview. Totally vibing
one of my favorite interviews of Hozier, great job!
Tell the beer joke! Lol we’re so here for it 😆

I think I know which one it is - or at least one somebody told me. Here goes: what do american beer and having sex on a canoe have in common? They're both f*cking close to water! 😬😛
Really fun and interesting conversation.
Thank you for asking some of the questions I had, myself!
I LOVE THE WORK SONG APPRECIATION! My favorite too
His 3 albums are top tiers 🔥✨
Love his music, seems pretty cool and down to earth 😊
I like to be in that head of his when Hozier is writing his lyrics.
great channel
Take me to church baby
7:44 8:00 He Had EVERYTHING to lose @ such an important precipice in his life’s work! An unestablished artist isn’t always an honest one (all due respect to the interviewer)
❤❤
This is definitely one of the most chilled interviews ive seen with Hozier. Aw god i used to be SO negative! I'd say I've shifted the negativity BUT my view on people in general not so much (i think the human race in general have gotten lazier & greedier imo). The bf winds me up constantly about "erm, erm, erm" so it makes me laugh when i see other ppl do it too 🤣🤣🤣
DO NOT EVER EVEN JOKE ABOUT CUTTING THAT BEAUTIFUL HAIR, IF ANDREW EVER CUTS IT OFF I MYSELF WILL GO BALD IN PROTEST
great interview but I had a tough time hearing Hozier, his mic was very quiet in the mix.
OKAY SO: PETITION for Hozier to adopt Jon as his little brother. He already has an older brother named Jon if you can believe; so he may as well adopt Comouche; it just makes sense.
I hope Hozier finds a way to bring people together for justice. Maybe truly ending oil and gas and bringing the energy transition or ending weapons productions or housing for refugees or a strike fund for proper working conditions and pay. His net worth is $6 million, which isn't a ton on its own but he has access to a very wealthy network. Sigh, his music inspires me to change the world for good, and I wish I could see him and similar artists put their money where their mouth is.
me lo morfoooooo
What if you feel like you don't matter and your world would be better without you? And its not how you were you raised; its your own decisions that led you to this place
lol fertilizer
Hozier and Josh Groban should duet together..

With James Bay and JP Cooper, those 4 on 1 stage would be fantastic!
