If your JLB crashes/freeze. With the light still on. Hold down the power button in over 40 sec. If you let it go. You have to start all over again. Thank me later.

@@kixraaa I found it out. You have to hold down the power button for a VERY long time. Just keep holding it, even if you feel like it's doing nothing. Eventually, after about 40 seconds, mine turned off, and was able to turn back on again and work as it should.

If it doesn't turn on, it needs charging. If it doesn't charge the battery is most likely too weak.

wasnt it because the factory reset reseted the volume and you didnt knew how to change the volume?

Try the same trick after disconnecting bluetooth from phone. It worked for me.

Will this turn off the automatic turn-off feature on JBL GO2? I am using this speaker for my computer but it's quite annoying when it is on idle state. It turns off every 15 minutes when there's no sound playing.

Dear people!! Please don't do it!!! After it your JBL goes into service mode and turns into a brick!!! If it happened to you tho you have to: 1. Turn it completely off by holding power button for around 20 seconds 2. Plug it into charging and INSTANTLY press Bluetooth and + button, hold it for lets say 15 seconds 3. Now just press power button And it's fixed!!!

Try a different charge cable. Is your charger working? Does the reset not work? If all that fails, then the battery is probably broken.

I thing seems to work with mine Go. It stays on blue blink in slow speed. No matter what combo of buttons I press and for how long it always comes back to this Tate and does not show on my device list. First time I had this was after a flight….

My JBL GO is currently displaying red led. It won’t turn off and it won’t start either. I charged the speaker overnight and it’s still red. I have tried to reset the speaker but that doesn’t work. What do I do? - ok I pressed the on off button for more or less 30 seconds until the blue led lights up.

I have a different problem please help me out , it was working all perfectly suddenly it showed battery low , even after charging it still shows red , I left it for two days , it's charged now , but it won't switch on . It just makes the sound and switches off everytime by its own.

By the way sir,, the skeleton body of JBL Xtreme 1 where the 2 woofer & 2 tweeter are screw also the two passive radiator, is it made of plastic or metal???

sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you. Leave the speaker on a charger over night, and try the button press a few times. There is always the possibility that the speaker is broken, but it doesn't hurt to try this reset a couple of times. Good luck!
