This week we have prepared for you what we like to call a “Chicken Liver Mishmash”
also known as, “Khorake Jegare Morgh”.
If you are not familiar with the taste of chicken liver, then you have got to try it for yourself because I can’t find words to describe it. But let me tell you, it’s good. This dish is filled with lots of different flavors that come together to give your mouth a rollercoaster. So sit back and enjoy the ride. Now imagine the golden and sautéed onion and garlic mixed in with the thoroughly cooked chicken liver, some kick from all the spices, a light tomatoey flavor, and we can’t forget the crispy cubes of potatoes that get in there just to make our lives even more beautiful.
