We have no «Tahdig» this week due to how freaking cold it is outside. HOWEVER, we have brought you a soul warming “Pinto Bean Soup”that will just melt you in the best way possible.
This dish is exactly what we all need during this season, the softness from the perfectly cooked pinto beans mixed in with all the flavors that feel like fireworks in your mouth, topped with fried mint and a dash of lime... oOoOoO 🤤
