HowTo: Improve the Mercedes D.IIIa

A little tutorial how I add some details to an engine. Here it's the Mercedes D.IIIa of the Fokker D.VII from the Wingnut Wings kit in 1:32. This clip is another little snippet of my current stop motion project... Colours: black primer, White aluminium and brass from Alclad II. Wires and tubes are from Albion Alloys.

Nice work, great attention to detail. First of your videos that I have watched - excellent picture quality and the animation is a nice touch. A little light on details though, would like to see more of the build. Still, amazing stuff.

Thanks. I used some sort of round file tapered off to a point. Diameter appr 2mm - 0,5 mm

looking at your complete jewel of an engine, i hereby challenge you to build a complete and tiny, yes tiny, 1966 Honda RC166 racing bike which mike Hailwood rode to glory. I challenge thee, Master Builder!! also i love the Honda machine!!

+Zammpie bei meinem Zittern würde ich wahrscheinlich ne ganze Menge Patienten auf dem Gewissen haben. Ich nehme für die Filme natürlich nur die ruhigen Einstellungen. Durch den Filmschnitt sieht das spektakulärer aus als es ist 😊
