Colin and Samir, if you guys are reading this, you must go and watch the 2 and a half part series that Jazza has done on how ZHC has exploited the art community. Being an art content creator is hard for each and everyone pursuing that course. Not everyone can become Mr Beast. Jimmy is genuinely a good person. Zac has done wrong by the art community of KZread and his audience. Colin and Samir, please put up a video regarding this! Would love to hear your opinion.

Very good video!! However, I would have wished that you would have gone into more controversy. The creator Jazza has published 2 very long videos on the subject, it would be good if you had mentioned that as a topic in the podcast. But maybe you mention that in a main video about him.

i cant really listen to this episode fully tbh. I think jazza’s series on zhc is really eye opening, really shows off/lowkey exposes some different parts of Zach (I highly recommend watching it- the videos are both produced really well and are really high quality) I think we can all recognize that he’s talented and worked hard, but his content/means of getting content have been pretty bad as of late😕😕

  • @KellyRossouw

I would check out Jazza's expose on ZHC - he (Zac) is a highly unethical KZreadr that made a lot of his fame off the back of other peoples hard work - takes credit for their work, and doesnt give them the correct credit. im not saying his entire journey was made like this, clearly he has put in a LOT of very hard work, and i dont want to discredit that, but he has done some hella shady things on his journey.

I gotta disagree with him on his take on burnout at the end. Getting creatively burnt out doesn't mean you don't love it enough or that you don't really want to do it. Creativity is not infinite and your emotional/mental well being impacts your ability to be creative if you aren't careful or are going too hard for too long. Some people with certain personality types can thrive on that hustle culture nearly infinitely, but other people need will eventually run themselves into the ground doing that and need breaks from it in order to heal or recharge their creative battery and that doesn't mean their love for their craft or this space is lesser. He seems like an awkward dude, maybe he meant what he said differently, but the way he worded it was kinda insulting to creators who have dealt with burn out.

Colin and Samir first off let me say how much I love this channel. I watch almost every video you publish. On the weeks you don’t have an episode I’m a little sad but I know you need the break. What I have a hard time with is watching videos over 14 minutes. You should break up your interviews into parts that are longer than this that way you don’t have to miss a week because you post part 2 or 3 and could even have bonus times during the week to post. I think retention would go through the roof if you did this. I know mine would.

I was so perplexed by that whole content piece that Jazza put out. My main question was, why? And was what Jazza put out all about Jealousy of channel size? I was really hoping you would have dug into that piece a bit more or maybe you will in a future episode. I would have loved to hear ZHC's take on what that was like. But as always I love your interview Colin and Samir. Thanks for continuing to hit publish!
