Sensitivity is always a subject of discussion in fishing. For all the types of fishing where you hold the rod, Sensitivity is a big subject, often, a subject of debate.
In this video, I share some points you should understand when setting things up for yourself. What is unique about this video is that even though we are talking about sensitivity, we are looking at the reels more than looking at rods - this is because reels are the heaviest part of the system in your hands at all times - and the mass of the reel is actually something that needs to be considered, not just the rod. We also talk about how your line type is affecting the transmission of vibrations through the whole system. Most people talk about the rod, or the line - but you just don't fish with the rod and line - the reel is also there and is a very big factor - the weight of the reel would either make you feel gentle bites - or prohibit you from feeling it.
