Hey Morgan, you make so much sense on this subject. I love the way you manifest food in your life. Diets, fads, etc. are so conflicting out there. Thanks for validating.😊

This is so true. When I truly allow, and I mean truly allow myself to have my cravings from the bottom of my core, I stopped craving.

Hi Morgan! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I'm someone who struggled with my relationship with food and fitness since my teenage years. Your videos saved me so much, so from the depths of my heart, thank you. Which program would you recommend for anyone wanting to get certified as a holistic nutritionist? Thanks! Take care. xx 🦋

Hi, one of the best weight themed videos I have watched in a long time. No 50 minutes "buy this supplement and spend 1 hour in the gym per day" BS but realistic advice and I love your size inclusiveness and also touching on the impact of height and genetics, which are often disregarded. Thank you so much! Love this video and your personality!

Hi!Morgan!speak the truth 😢 I used to feel like a different person because of weight loss. Excessive moderation of diet made me feel very painful. I entered a dead cycle, repeated overeating and vomiting. I can deeply understand what you said about not over-restraint, otherwise it will backfire! I am a fan of yours from China, your advice and video are really helpful to me, thank you!❤❤❤😊

Counting calories is evil! However, I also think that some people have a poor knowledge of how they should eat, so counting calories/macros (and maybe visit a nutritionist for a while) could help! I personally did count calories many years ago, and it was terrible. I have been intuitive eating for many years now and I am super thin (healthy). Genetics help I have to admit, but calories counting was frustrating indeed!

Loving the explainable Tips about being skinny and can eat whatever I want that's most definitely me cause when I was younger I was a skinniest chick lol but the good thing is I can move around, and can eat my ass off too and still get skinny cause it all depends how my calories can burn fat and it won't go anywhere unless I workout to build muscles. Thank you for these Tips❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I can relate to this!!

i can tell this video is so well-intentioned & comes from a good place & contains some good nuggets of info. i feel it is offset by the title & thumbnail of the video & it ultimately misses the mark. it discredits someone's authority when they coopt concepts rooted in the body positive movement, fat acceptance, & the dismantling of fatphobia, anti-Blackness, white supremacy, etc, & market them through the lens of striving for thinness (as shown by morgan's beauty standard-aligned thin white body). it contradicts itself & narrows the field of how its received & by what audience. i think we should hold creators & folks with certificates to a higher standard. this isn't a dig at this specific creator, but folks should generally be aware that registered dietitians are the credible authorities on human nutrition through years of schooling, 1000+ hours of supervision, & a board exam, whereas anyone can be a holistic nutritionist. that isn't to say everything a holistic nutritionist says is wrong, but always take certificates & anything with a body check as a thumbnail with a grain of salt :)

This is so ridiculous. I get what you're trying to say but Morgan's beauty standard ("thin white body") is her genetics, lifestyle, and diet. She mentions it's in part due to her genetics and height as well. I understand where you could be coming from by mentioning fatphobia but what does "anti-blackness, white supremacy" have to do with this video? Her being thin and white doesn't have anything to do that??? LOL

I automatically discredit anyone who buys into the racist and dangerous narrative that thin/promotion of thinness=anti-blackness, and if you have any critical thinking skills, you would too. Not the hot take you thought it was going to be, I’m afraid.

Your assumption is incorrect. You cannot eat what you want, but because you eat less or equal to what you spend you are not gaining weight. Eat twelve meals a day, watch out balloon. Eat one meal a day, hello anorexia. The easiest way is just pick an activity level you like, and adjust the number of meals to that. Back in the day we protein overloaded, but that has since been proven wrong. One gram protein per kilogram of muscle each day is mostly sufficient. Try different amounts to see how your body reacts. Do not forget the the juice! Juice man Jim Carrey
