Looks are not everything. But for many years the gym my holy place, until i was rearended for a second time and needed to take time off to heal. I loved what it did but it also gave me a new level of respect for men and what they have to do to get and stay in shape. I have always been a fan of a nice male physique but now that I understand the effort it takes I am an even bigger fan! Again, not saying that is everything but it definitely helps! Sexy arms are just so yummy. Sexy arms with a sexy chest and shoulders, make we weak. When that's on top of you, omg there is nothing sexier!! I love that line down a man's back too... So you don't have to have abs, not that I'm hating on them because they're amazing but arms are the sexiest part of a mans body to most women. In general, a man that puts effort into his body is sexy in general. And I do believe if a female wants a man to take care of himself she should as well, its only fair!

I used to do 260 subsequent push ups, 50 one arm push ups, 50 upside down push ups 15 wide chin ups, 100 chair triceps etc.. While I was serving we used to run 5 kms everyday with rifle as squad. After marrying fifteen years ago all decreased by %50:)

I started lifting weights first fully body workout 2 days a week 1 year, 3 days a week second year ' Then split program 4 days a week In 12 years ' Then a childhood friend if mine saddely past away ' drowned ' Its get me so much that I was away from the gym in 2 years ' I started agian april 2021" Been consistent 4 days a week split program since then. With all this said: The ability to move the chest muscle ' did not have that before I started exercise, get if after 2 mouth's ' Even before I started agian I was still fully abel to move the chest muscle ' ( without exercise chest in 2 years) Stay natrual! Gains takes time and as my story proof last when its natrual!
