Many women only claim the don't like muscles because they want to keep the perfect image of liking someone for there personality the most and not being shallow. Just be honest, many guys aren't afraid to admit that we go for girls with better or larger shaped body parts and don't have a problem with been seen as shallow. Its whatever floats your boat don't feel bad.

The reason men are admired for their physical shape is because it's a mark of the effort required to attain it. I've been training since 2007 and when I started as a scrawny as 17 year old, I wasn't taken serious or respected much. I was the quiet lad that kept to himself. Fast forward to now, 16 years later, I'm decently lean but still have work to do, but I am more confident in myself and that shows in how people talk and interact with me. There's respect and even times when lads would ask me for advice in how to get in better shape which I never imagined would ever happen as even getting into the shape I'm in right now seemed unattainable to me when I started all those years ago. It's hard work, but it's worth it as it will improve all aspects of your life!💪

Working out will improve anyone's look. Even if you have ugly face, it's all you can do. It improves your odds. But of course you have to have other things, like a good personality, steady job, it's not just about 1 thing. Women do care, just because they don't say it doesn't mean they don't care. Celebrities are extreme examples, but the same effect applies to average Joe, just smaller effect. 90% of women aren't ready to admit openly that it affects them. They do everything they can to pretend that they don't care, that's how the female mind works. Say one thing, do other

@@Flight000 when i was 18 and skinny i gained 25 lbs and got more defined then any of them, from 6'2 and 145lbs to 170lbs, and had an 8 pack in 3 months. August to November, 2009. Really easy. Just work out a lot. And in 2020 from June to novemeber, i went from 192 to 184 first month then mass gained muscle to 217,, if theyre already in right shape, getting in competion physique from mass gaining , like bodybuilders who compete once a year, define loosing fat only takes 3 months,, and they get way more straiation. Check Arnold Schwarzenegger in Pumping Iron documentary from 1975. At minute 9 his arms look super ripped and chest, then minute like 43, when he shows his abs, maybe 41 to 44 minutes mark 'bout, he is super ripped. He says its just about there. That is when he looks best, before he thins out to get more deep cuts and seperations, he looks more natural and less starved. Arnold in it has like really swollen muscles while working out in the film, and it was before reaally effectice steroids came out. And arnold is now 74 and still healthy, so probably no steroids for him. Try eating really lean ,like 120 to 220 grams of protein a day maybe 50 to 75 more grams if u r tall or big boned, and low carb and fat, so you burn fat. Eat high protein when u are hungry, cuz itll satisfy hunger. Like you could eat a fat 12oz steak and if u are kinda active ull burn weight and the protein will make ur muscles stronger. Also, creatine powder might help. Its an amino acid, that gets i think phosphurus, a p name, to ur musclea for atp regeneration for more endurance and lets u get more energy, and it is naturally in food, why its a legal supplement, its like a vitamin, or energy drink type thing. Creatine'll make you way more ripped. Also, your metabolism makes you gain weight easier. So if u need a lit of calories to grow muscles cuz of ur metabolic, then u have to e exercise a lot to stimulate that ur muscles need to grow, so the calories dont go to storing fat,, theyll go to muscle building and recovery.

I'd add Max Theriot to this list. From his role in the show Bate's Motel to what he is now in the show, "Fire Country", is a massive amount of size and muscle gain. This looks about the most gain over a 5 to 10 year period any actor has accomplished. The secret is to gain the right amount of size, being age specific as to not get so large that skin sagging or the flab look does not set in, in later years once size training is reduced. You gradually grow as you get older and avoid such massive growth which forces the skin to a point where it will no longer tighten up once size training is reduced. More guys are becoming aware of this and that is why we are seeing more middle-aged guys always wearing their max size look well into their 40's, 50's and some later. This preserves the integrity of the skin and prevents the flab look from stretched skin.

Sense of humour, being a gentleman, having an interesting job you are passionate about. These are all factors. Body is one of them. In terms of physical appeal, your face is the baseline, and body is the multiplier. So, if you have an ok face, you become handsome by working out. Your neck gets wider, which actually makes your face look different. Even when the face didn't change, people perceive it differently, more masculine. I can't think of any man who is considered "handsome" who would have a thin neck. Thin neck looks nerdy and not in charge. Even if you have the prettiest face in town, you look like a wimp.

A fight club physique won’t kill you as fast in your old age. Nor is it as much maintenance day to day… also the captain America physique is not attainable for most. Should start measuring your bone ratios, look at your attachments, and then decide if you have the genetic potential for a massive physique.
