How will the far right surge in Europe impact migration and Islam?

Join us on CBC Weekly Talk for an exclusive interview with Gary Cartwright, Publishing Editor of EU Today. In this episode, we delve into the results and repercussions of the 2024 European Parliament election held from 6th to 9th June. The European People's Party, led by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, secured a significant victory. I am sick of hearing the words far right used without determining that the people you are calling Nazis are actually supporting this sector. This is a direct slur and unless you have proof of this then stop using this term . I really can’t understand why people aren’t suing this direct insult.

They should have asked "how will illegal mass migration impact Europe" as if they didn't expect this to happen?

It is no longer surprising that the extremists won in Belgium because I'll give you an example from real life, in the second year after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, a colleague from from Luxembourg came to our company in Germany and said how communism and what Putin is doing is something good and useful, but I pointed out to him the fact that we lived under communism, I was born in the 70s and we know exactly what communism meant to us, while you from Belgium have no idea what it means communism brought out the fact that the dictator Gaddafi who was not supposed to be killed by the Americans and that he was offering everything for free - I told him; this is the biggest lie in history because in communism nothing is free That's what they want it to look like but everything is paid for even school textbooks because we lived in communism and we know how it works in communism only those who are members live well from the party, the security and of course the state staff, but the rest of the population is doing very badly under communism and they work all their lives so that their work for the state is taken away under communism you do not have the right to have your own business as you enjoy this right in the more democratic to the country How is it in Germany and to have your own business in communism if you had any small business and had extra income the security immediately came and put you under investigation to find out where you got more money than what you probably earned at a place of work but remember to also have your own business so I told him it is the biggest lie that communism would give you something for free and you from Belgium should be very happy because you have a good life, some rights that in communism you wouldn't have them, so be happy that you can move freely from one country to another to work even in another country, be happy that you have your own business while in communism you couldn't have such a thing and his reaction when I said that communism is the biggest lie in the world was to jump to squeeze my neck and my co-workers reacted and said no politics Stop talking about politics when they saw what happened I realize that the Belgians were the many more brainwashed by Putin's propaganda so that a country that has not known what communism meant believes that communism is a good thing.
