I love the concept of no dieting, improved energy and cognitive functions, more self control. Really would love to be apart of this program, but the last time I checked it was on the expensive side. Everyone promotes that they are about helping people, but really only the people who can afford it. Similar to the pharmaceutical companies.

I stopped eating sugar in October 2018 when i was diagnosed of arthritis of the spinal cord, fatty lever and over weight. My weight has reduced from 80 kilograms to 60 kilograms and i have no problems with my lever and my spinal cord anymore. I eat fruits in abundance every season and i am totally transformed. I believe we are what we eat.

I can see that MindValley is more an INFOMERCIAL than a really helpful information packed talk. There was no mention of WHAT FOOD IS GOOD FOR YOU... but you have to sign up for a (expensive) program to be told what to eat, what to think and probably when to fart... not for me, I can think for myself, thank you.

This one really does seem to be, I will be honest, but don't write off Mindvalley. Go check out his podcasts, I have been listening to them all week. Also, he has videos out that I dig too. That is how I ended up here watching this. The first one that seems to be too general and lacking real info.

@@lordbyron4242 it's all about the money. The new 'spirituality' is as materialistic as f..... I've seen documentaries about native tribes. And it varies what they eat on season and location. In this day and age, people import all sorts of food into their countries in order to get all their vitamins in. But when you eat locally, sometimes its nothing but mango. Other times its nothing but bananas. Sometimes its grown beans and other times its potatoes with lettuce. I also have chicken running around my property and believe me, they RUN and eat herbs and insects and shit. They don't get antibiotics, no grow hormones. Now that meat of the chicken I slaughter myself, is a lot more nutritious than store bought chicken. And in India, tribes have been using milk for 10.000 years and they are not unhealthy. I think that the pollution in food is what makes people sick. Food in packages. So, I just came up with my own diet. The diet without packaged foods. Ha, now give me 2000.

I would love to work for this company. I am absolutely passionate about seasonal eating. In my opinion, your local farmer's market is where you should do the bulk of your food shopping. And people think it's more expensive, but in actuality it is not, because you eat much less food as you are more satiated from whole natural food.

I did lose some weight but same as majority of people, started yo yo dieting.. Its not until I stopped trying to "be good" and tried just eating healthier that I changed my thoughts on food... I'd like to try this programme just to see what I can learn from myself 🌻

They have taken nothing from the tribe. If you cannot learn from others in life, what is the point in living? So if you are trying to suggest cultural appropriation for learning what people do in the natural world, you are way too heavily programmed and should go and find a bush to live in for a while.

Wildfit program is DANGEROUS. My wife did it for 1 year and the program made her ANOREXIC. Her menstruation disappeared, which affected her reproductive possibilities. She lost her energy, and her work and personal productivity got much worse. The diet is VERY extreme. There are too many psychological changes involved, in the way we think about food. It's not merely doing a rebalancing. It changes EVERYTHING about how you think about food. Not in a sustainable way IMO. We don't live like nomads anymore. This program destroyed my wife's life. Today she is totally remorseful. The worst thing is that her body changed and she can't eat like she used to. Today she is with a psychologist and nutritionist. BEWARE
