Oh man your baritone Vader has got to be one of the most outrageously cool guitars in the world.
I had to double back to watch this again to find the gold guitar, I mean 3pO.

That thing is crazy cool! I love the extreme tone shaping its capable of. Also, the colors, and that Starcaster swoosh on the headstock, its just all the great parts, one guitar. Great observation Keith!
That blue Jazzmaster with the matching headstock is honestly the stuff of legend.
Here’s me wishin KZread had a “Love” button. Love Button! Yay! It was funny to me that you said “I can’t play this”, then proceeded to riff all over that little ukulele haha!
finding out that the twin peaks theme was played on a bass VI actually blew my mind. i've been wondering how they got that sound for so long. thank you.

Later Beatles stuff too.. especially when Paul was playing piano or guitar. You can see it a few times in Get Back.
Bless your wife’s heart for helping out. This clearly took awhile to make and we appreciate it. I had my wife restring a guitar five times so I could do a “blind string test”, locking tuners of course (I’m not that evil 😉).
I love hearing you play Pancake. The bromance of the century. I'll always love my Teles and my Mule, but my good friend James at Home of Tone turned me on to offsets and my AOJM has become another friend. Thanks for all the help from your articles, YT and Instagram posts really helping me get the best from my offsets. Best wishes for the move and your new home. G in the UK.
Hey Mike. This was a very entertaining watch with tons of useful info. A very useful, diverse and cool collection. Your playing is great, would love to see even more of it in these videos!

Elliott those people had a huge thread absolutely ripping me to shreds personally over a decal. They called me a phony and a hypocrite over a sticker jfc. I remember the specific post that said something like "He says he's proud of his Squier but I would question his integrity for using a Fender decal" and I lost it. Just unreal the stuff people care about

Good luck with the move! Hope it’s stress-free but exciting 😊
I'm now a baritone fan. Vader for the win!
That harmony sounds incredible, and the gold finish is too good!

What an awesome collection Mike, you really have an arrayed assortment and I love the story behind each guitar. Some really beautiful playing on your 61 Jazzmaster too!
Awesome collection. Keep up the good work, love the channel
I felt in love with that Silhouette thingy. What a charming sound...
Hands down the best song choices for demoing each guitar. Amazing. Thank you.
That Nashville tuning blew my mind! Great vid, Mike 🤙🏻

So many wonderful guitars and such a great video. Absolutely love this video. The Revstar and Harmony sound awesome. Killer P Bass sound. Vader. Oh My! That’s just wonderful. PANCAKE 💜 I could go on … What a great collection of instruments. All have their own thing going on. Safe journey Mike.

I gotta say, 3P0 is amazing. Thats got some tones that I've had in my head that nothing yet has made. I started in 94', and I've had several vintage Fender offsets, and that thing is like a Dreamcaster.
Watching this you may want a lapsteel, you may want a 12 string, you may want a bow, you may want many things...until you see and hear pancake and mike and you know you'd much rather have an instrument that clicks with you just like that.

Proof that Puisheen is a freak of nature. The Bass IV was in his hands for about 1.2 seconds before he guessed it. Then to top that he guessed R2 by SMELL! Who else can recognize their guitars by fragrance? Keep the great tones coming. BTW...what does Puisheen actually mean?

This dumb handle of mine is a holdover from college where were were playing Timesplitters 2 multiplayer on PS2 and I needed a login since 'guest' was taken. I had to choose something and the only thing that came to mind was the sound of a cartoon sword being unsheathed, so I spelled that phonetically and bam!
Awesome collection. Pancake is 👌🏻
Thanks Mike, now I'm going to have to add a few guitars to my collection 😅 now lloking at a bass vi and a Creston guitar! Really getting into offset guitars recently and your videos are the best!

Baritones come in handy, and are GREAT for getting right in between guitars and bass in a mix.
That Orangewood acoustic sounded fantastic!
It’s actually because of this video that I started getting more into Pinkerton. So thank you Mike ❤❤
I agree the Bass-VI is a cool instrument, I have a similar one an Ibanez SR406NT from 1998. It too is a 6 strings altho unlike yor Bass-VI, which at first glance looks like a slightly oversized guitar, my bass is VERY obviously a bass. Its huge and heaby, but love it cuz I can play it as an octave lower guitar albeit with a slightly different strum and fretting techniques. Never seen a Bass-6 here in Hawai'i and would love to get one! 👍🏼
wow i loved your River´ Strat! and that Sigur Ros like LP Junior was kickass and yes, there is a reason why the 61 Jazzmaster was last........
7.57 Good gravy that's a gorgeous axe. Mint green-ish pickguards are just sexy (IMO).

Artoo and Pancake are my favorites. You find my lack of faith distur?...... yes.... Darth... is... epic...
The light up switches on the Vader baritone literally took my breath away
I wish you would do a head to toe video all about Threepio. Yes even the hour long section where you go over the 15 different ways it’s been wired. Bring it!
I saw Sigur Ros play Glasgow Barrowlands Ballroom in 2003 ❤️ Love your vids, your attitude and your playing 👍 I'm looking for an offset guitar having played semi solid for years and your an inspiration 👏

Duncan I got to see them a few years back at the Hollywood Bowl and while it was a great show, the band was plagued with sound and tech issues that night so I feel like I didn't get the *full* experience
Mmmmm I love my Jazzmaster baritone like you love your Bass VI, tho I'm still eyeing to get my own VI in the future. Also I always get the bees knees over a lap steel guitar & have enjoyed mine for almost 2 years
Wow they’re all beautiful but the acoustics and the 12-string electric blew my mind a little bit sonically. I’m not such an acoustic guy but wow, the Martin and the Gibson are both deep.
Man you’re amazing at guitar you have so many though i guess the all have a purpose to you
Vader is sick gotta get me one of those. You also made me want an old beat up precision bass so bad.
that 63 / 65 Jaguar is my favorite!
Man the bass 6 is an absolute abomination, i love it! Hope fender does a player series bass 6
Great tour for an offset beginner like me!
Great video! Just discovered your channel and am having a blast going through the catalogue. Where did you get your upgraded spring for the bass? 🤘😆
Great fun - great, interesting collection. You def an offset Boi! One thing I notice, while you're such an interesting player, with a seemingly endless bag of riff/songs to pull out...can I just say, you strum your accoustics really close to the bridge. Sometimes this can be for added steeliness...but it seems you always strum there. You lose a lot of body, strumming there, did you know..? Anyhow...great video. Love the Jazzies!
Such a fun video, thanks Mike! So many killer instruments... the Nash ills tuning has me thinking- are there examples of that being used on electric? Any considerations to, umm, consider when setting up an electric for Nashville? Good luck with the move! (I’m the guy on Instagram that mentioned he’s from quarryville!)
@Puisheen

No special considerations other than making sure your nut is cut for those tiny string gauges. Intonation will definitely need to be adjusted as well
Beautiful guitars! What is your creative process for creating your riffs? It’s some of the best stuff I have seen on KZread!
I've been eyeing off those Revstars since forever. But no $$. But they cool. But no $$. BUT I WANT ITTTTTTT
i love your channel.
The 12, remove 6 and give us a little Mean Town Blues (Johnny Winter)
I never realized you had 3 guitars named after Star Wars, I think you and me should discuss Star Wars more often....

Never heard of Electra but when that guitar came up I thought it looked like a Westone Spectrum... so that explains that.
The wedding guitar with flats sounds so thumpy and doomy, seems to be tuned lower than it really is. Pancake just sounds gorgeous.

Richard Cory by Simon & Garfunkel is a cool Bass VI song. Lots of whammy bar use on it.
Soooo very curious about the story behind Glen Hansard 🌹

Here for Offset surfeit, went crazy for the bowed Les Paul! May I ask Your opinion on the wide range, I mean are those the pickups obtainable in an humbucker size (Novak) that can come closer to Jazzmaster pickup sound? Have a good move trip

There are HB sized WR out there but they never quite sound the same to me, and personally while the WR and JM sound are in a similar wheelhouse in my mind, they're also very different
I need to know what stiffer spring you got for the AVRI vibrato on your Bass VI? Is it the one from Ryan's search for stronger springs for the Panorama vibrato?
