It's interesting thank you, is the device complicated to clean between two measures of honey? In the video 80.3°brix corresponds to just over 18% humidity

It is not complicated at all and is easy to clean.
In a previous life I operated nuclear reactors so naturally I looked at uranium stocks (which are a good buy right now with all the green stuff going on). The measurement for the stock was 250 Pfund U308. When I looked into that type of measurement all I could get was references to measuring honey. Kind of odd. Still don't know how the measurement works, but I will...

I was just reading about it today again actually. You have to have some rather expensive equipment, but would be rather interesting if you had access to it.
Can you tell me where you look up the conversation for brix?

We ordered them online at Specialty Bottle.
Which conversion did she use? I thought it was 100- brix which would = 19.7

In Honey 17- 20 % mosture have presnt. presnt. I don't understand your measurement.. Rajasthan

If there is >18% water content in honey, it may turn into alcohol.
