I can relate to this ...I was also 24 and my hubby 22. We were not in God but my hubby knew he would marry me. Got engaged after 2 months of dating. When I got serious about seeking God years into our marriage, I prayed for my hubby and it was not long (less than a week) and we were both seeking & growing in God together. His grace has kept us and in October we'll be celebrating 17 years together! May God continue to bless your marriage!

A lot of people are dating as immature people. Awakening love before its time. It's painful, but it's not abnormal or unheard of. A lot of people go through this. That's why I'm not into this dating around lifestyle. Dating people's husbands to be and wives to be... These folks, sigh. They shouldve handled this a whole lot better. It’s painful but we need to learn that most of these men just date and that’s why we need to ask the Lord if this is it! Many Christians are only woke. They don’t know that God is interested in every area of their lives. Have you not seen how marriages have been mocked by satan? Have you not seen that people get married by feelings and then they end up divorcing? It’s painful yes! Painful that he was just wasting that lady’s time. But I’m happy he found his wife so she can move on! I’m sure God will reward the lady and help her heal. God doesn’t do half work! Let go and Let God! It's so easy to say but so difficult to live through. 10 months into finding myself in God and putting him first has lessened the pain and loss of what could have been because God's promise is bigger than the pain and loss we experience in the present. Going through the most difficult phase ( grief and denial), the Holy spirit said to me : I will bring to you a comforter that will never leave you, I took comfort in that, only to find this verse in John 14:16 when I read the Word late at night. What peace that verse brought me I still cannot comprehend. Believe in Jesus and he will never leave you nor forsake, God bless.

Thank you all for your support .. I am here to tell you all that I moved on . As in I don't feel anything for him anymore . I think what I lacked was self love. And once I discovered that you realise that something are never meant to be. Some things are meant for season , preparations for a journey . Lessons and I am grateful that I sun an experience because without it I wouldn't be where I am today .

You guys!!!!❤😭😭 I got emotional as well. I was scrolling through the comments to check how long ago they were posted and most of them were posted like a year ago, and there are so many comments that I don't think you will get to see this one. On the off chance that you do, this video is absolutely beautiful. I appreciate you guys so much for it. I'm in my third year of being single but like maybe a year and a half of intentional singleness and actually working on myself. Recently I have been feeling lonely, so I went on tinder and chile!,🙄 it's clearly not for me. I have gone on my fair share of bad dates, and met people that I only vibe with as friends. They just give off that friendship energy. Anyway, I have had this voice that keeps saying to me that I didn't settle way back when and embarked on this "search" for my purpose driven partner for so long, only for me to settle now. I put the word search in inverted commas because, maybe a life of singleness is my purpose, maybe what God requires of me requires me to embark on this journey solo. Oh my gosh, now I'm rambling. I just wanted to say that you guys are beautiful, I love how you love each other and how you are intentional about occupying the partnership role in all its aspects. I love you guys, keep doing the Lords work.
