I love it that KZread lead me here! I hadn’t seen this video and so glad YT sent me to a trusted creator that I’m subscribed to when I did a search for micro greens.

Always such a wonderful time with these two :D love sprouting - currently I do brown and green lentils, broccoli, purple cabbage, and kale, and I just ordered some mung beans to have in my rotation :) I do mine in old applesauce jars with windowscreen as lids, fastened by rubber bands xD that wrap looked AMAZING, can't wait for the new book, that is SO cool! Thank you so much

Great show. I am one of those folks who cannot eat bananas due to kidney disease and a need to severely limit potassium intake. Would love to see more recipes without bananas!

We have a banana food truck that provides vegan chocolate dipped frozen bananas and peanuts some vegan toppings. I think a nice cream food truck would be totally doable❤👍😍

It’s the best way to eat and live My problem with growing my own. Is all the bugs that infest the home plus when I’ve grown sprouts they’ve gotten moldy I’d do it if I had my own greenhouse 🙏💚🌱
