Amazing safari

I have visited Pench tiger reserve+Madhya Pradesh) in January 2019. I had booked 2 safaris, both through the Turiya gate. Did spot 2 tigers and 2 leopards besides plenty of herbivores, jackals, owls etc. Pench is quite economical if you book via the MP forest website. And the chances of tiger sightings is also high. The forest is beautiful and I would recommend Pench ( Madhya Pradesh) to anyone who wishes to spot tigers and also to thise who are looking for a low budget visit.

@@Nihilanth1982 yes...reserves like Kanha, Pench, Bandhavgarh, Tadoba, Corbett, Ranthambore are premier reserves in India'. These have a very high probability of a tiger sighting. Of course, the gate from where you enter also plays a part. You may visit the - 'wild trails' website and app to get weekly tiger sighting updates for all reserves. It helps to make a choice.

Yay ! Actually we were avoiding Jungle safaris for a while looking at costly packages. Then We Decided to do it ourselves and took sharing safari and public transports. It was Fun. We were so lucky in Pench.

Does shared gypsies come to the resort or we need to go to gate ourselves? We are 2 adults and 1 child. How to arrange early morning transport to the gates from resort?

Actually we walked in morning. But came to know later that although we had share permit..but no restriction on which vehicle to book. So you can ask your resort for vehicle and guide. Later when you will reach gate, other shared permit person will sit in your jeep and split the jeep fare or you will pay entire jeep fare if no shared permit person has arrived at gate

Winter is good time for pench but I can’t say about sighting of big cat. You just talk to resort for that. And for olive villa resort, we have put hotel link in description. This resort is near turia gate. And we did all our safari from turia gate. you can also take one safari from khawasa gate also.

Hey. How far was the resort from the place you started jungle safari ? Had to reach at the entrance from where jungle safari starts

I am planning for evening safari so can I get taxi to khawasa and bus back to Nagpur . I am not aware of frequency on weekdays . Plz provide info.

Talk to your hotel for taxi. You can also take lift for khawasa like we did. You will easily get it. And buses coming from seoni to nagpur stops at khawasa. So you will get bus for Nagpur. But I can’t tell you about frequency.

What I liked is young couples saving money, rather than faaltu ka extravagance, pomp and show. Jungle safaris are very costly and curtailing the expenses is good. Very nice couple. God bless them.

1. How many days before did you book for permit? 2. You paid for permit online. But how did you pay for the Jeep. (Rs.2500/-)

We booked permit around 2 months before. You should book permit in well advance because it gets booked on weekends specially. And there are two types of permit, one is shared one that is what we booked for 2 and another is full jeep (6 people). Now if you have sharing permit, you will get jeep there at gate which forest official will assign to you. He will combine all sharing person for that vehicle. This process is not that well managed but yeah, its most economical option. So now all persons with sharing permit shares 2500 rupees. Maximum 6 person can go in one jeep. But some sharing permit persons don't show up at gate so you will share the jeep price amongst available person. And also guide charge will be shared. You can also take jeep from where you stay, go to gate and tell forest person that you got jeep along with you. So he will assign sharing permit persons to that jeep. And if you're 4 or more persons, then book full jeep permit. Hope it will help you

Hello bhaiya... Mene ek agent se pucha tha ki permit me kya jeapsey charge include hota hai... To vo bole ki ni alag se lena padta hai... To kya ye sahi hai??? Mereko doubt hai ki agar permit book karen to kya apan ko tuli gate par jaake jeap book karane padege ki permit me include hote hai... Kindly help!!

Permit mei kabhi bhi jeep included nhi hoga. Kyunki permit sirf 250 per person hota hai ya puri jeep (6 seats) ka 1500 lagta hai..ye permit fee entry fee jaisa hai. But jeep ka kiraya toh lagega hi. Jeep aap gate pe le sakte ho ya hotel waale bhi arrange karwate hai.

It was for stay only... actually near national park, resort are little pricey because of their location. This was one of the economic option for stay near Turia Gate. And stay was really good for price. And their restaurant's food was really tasty.

Ty sir... We hv booked the resort... But today when I was booking safari... The total me 6000/- for gypsy with guide... Which is too costly for 4 persons... Can u suggest what to do?

@@The_Experimental_Studio see Jeep cost is around 2500 Rs irrespective of person. And guide are of two type 350 and 500 Rs(recommend). And permit charge for full jeep is 1500 Rs (250 Rs for one person X 6 seats in Jeep). So total will be around 4500 Rs (2500+500+1500). So resort is taking 1500 Rs extra for service. So You can do one thing, do permit by yourself on mp online as we showed in vlog. And take Jeep and guide there. Now you can either take jeep from Turia Gate or Resort. Resort may charge around 500 Rs extra o er 2500 Rs for service from hotel. Or walk to Turia Gate and take jeep from there for 2500 Rs and guide charge are fixed by government so no worries.

Ye resort Turia gate se karib 1 km tha...jaise aapne video mein dekha hoga ki hum Turia gate walk karke gye the morning mei. Aur ye resort turia gate k bahar hi tha but gate k bahar ka bhi kaafi area forest boundary mein aata hain.

We stayed for 3000 INR per night for 1bhk villa. You can check current price using resort link in description box.

If I booked for sharing Wala permit which is 250/- per person for couple. Will gypsy come to pick up us where we stay or we have to go ourself to the gate where we get gypsy assign

Hi. We also had this question in mind. For this reason, we booked resort closest to Turia Gate. Actually for one jeep, govt issue 6 single sharing permit. In our case we walked to turia gate, And one vehicle was assign to us, which will include other 4 also. But If you can talk to your resort, they might arrange vehicle for you from their contact and you can go at gate and tell forest person to consider this jeep for sharing and accommodate other sharing people.

If you see at start of vlog, we took a bus from Nagpur. You can do the same way and take bus for Nagpur from pench.

Brother mein bhi zoom lenses se hi shot liya hu tiger ka ...meine koi selfie nhi li tiger background mein rakh ke...we respected and followed each every rules given by MP forest website. Even we had decent non vibrant clothes for tiger safari. Our vlog is mainly about how to reach pench and do safari in Budget that's it. Aur vlog mein Jungle k under ka shoot kiya gya part bahut hi kam hain. Mainly travelling and guidance waala part jyda hain Vlog mein. Well at the end, thanks for watching ☮️
