Runit Dome could be the greatest environmental disaster the world has ever seen. The legacy of nuclear testing in the Marshall Islands will continue to negatively impact future generations as global warming threatens to poison the Pacific with radiation. Summer Geall is a sophomore from Carlsbad. She has participates in crew, as well as plays field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer. She loves being a part of the Speech and Debate Team and is also Founder and President of the Scuba Diving and Ocean Conservation Club. She has known since a very young age that she wants to go into law and public service. This journey continues in her talk as she shares her passion for the ocean, justice, and helping people.
